Consignes particulières / Particular instructions
AD à caractéristiques spéciales, réservé aux pilotes
répondant à l'une des conditions suivantes :
- Etre titulaire de la qualification montagne ou de l'autorisation d'utilisation d'AD à caractéristiques spéciales(Altiport).
- Avoir été reconnus aptes à utiliser l'AD (sur sol non
enneigé ou sur sol enneigé et damé) par un instructeur
habilité à dispenser l'instruction en vue de l'obtention
de la qualification montagne après un test consigné
sur le carnet de vol.
Le maintien de cette aptitude est subordonné à l'utilisation de l'altiport dans les six derniers mois comme commandant de bord, à défaut elle devra être confirmée par
un nouveau test dans les mêmes conditions.
L'AD est utilisable sans restriction par les HEL et ULM.
AD non contrôlé : une seule trouée d'envol.
Itinéraires et circuits en vol figurés sur la carte.
Entrée : provenance N, NE et NW report ville de
Moutiers. Autres provenances, se signaler en vue des
installations de l'altiport.
Atterrissage : QFU 154 obligatoire. Passage verticale
seuil 15 à 6200 ft QNH. Vérification état de la piste et
référence altitude. Intégration branche éloignement
6000 ft QNH.
Décollage : QFU 334 obligatoire. Après TKOF dégager
par la droite cap au 360°. Report obligatoire de tous les
messages de position sur la FREQ A/A 118.75. Pendant
les manœuvres de ralliements et circuit en vol, éviter le
survol de la zone résidentielle et du terrain de golf
situés aux abords immédiats de l'altiport.
AD inutilisable hors piste et PRKG. Stationnement interdit en position d'alignement de décollage. Zone préférentielle d’atterrissage forcé à 3 km dans le NNW de
l'AD au-dessus de l'église du village des Allues, atterrissage face à l'Ouest, déclivité assez importante (15 à
20 %). Piste bitumée sur imprégnation. Pente moyenne
7 %. Prudence recommandée à l'atterrissage. En cas de
chute de neige, piste damée mais non déneigée.
Balisage diurne : 12 marques axiales de 15 x 0,20 m
espacées de 15 m, couleur blanche. Peigne au QFU 154
composé de 4 barres de 15 x 1 m, couleur blanche.
Airfield with special characteristics reserved for pilots
meeting one of the following conditions :
- Holding a license for mountain landings or authorization for use of AD with specials characteristics
(Moutain airfield).
- Having been acknowledged qualified to use the AD
(on ground clear of snow or on snow covered and
compacted ground) confirmed in the pilot’s log book
by an instructor authorized to deliver instruction flights
in view to obtain a mountain landing license.
Pilots can only hold their qualification if they have used
the mountain airfield during the last six months as pilots
in command or for lack of doing so, the pilots will have
to confirm their ability by performing a new test in the
same conditions.
AD available without restrictions by HEL and ULM.
Non controlled AD : only one departure sector.
Routes and traffic circuits are shown on the chart.
Incoming : via N, NE and NW report overhead the town
of Moutiers. For other incomings pilots are to report in
sight of the AD.
LDG : proceed QFU 154 compulsorily. Overflying overhead threshold 15 at 6200 ft QNH. Verification of the
RWY condition and altimeter setting. Integration downwind leg at 6000 ft QNH.
TKOF : only from RWY 33. After TKOF clear the RWY axis
by a right turn heading 360° compulsory transmission of
all reporting messages on FREQ A/A 118.75. Avoid overflying the inhabited area and golfcourse in the surroundings of mountain airfield.
AD unusable outside RWY and PRKG. Parking in takeoff position prohibited. Recommended area for emergency landing 3 km NNW from AD above the church of
the village Les Allues, landing facing West slope 15 to
20 %. Asphalt RWY. Medium RWY slope 7 %. Caution
required for landing. In the event of snow falls on RWY
will be compacted but not removed.
White day ground markings : 12 marks of 15 x 0,20 m
with intervals of 15 m. THR 15 marked with 4 stripes of
15 x 1 m.
