Chers Collègues et Amis,
Nous ne sommes plus qu’à quelques jours de la SIHDA de Paris 2016 et nous voulions vous
communiquer des informations relatives à son organisation, ainsi que quelques informations pratiques
concernant votre séjour à Paris.
L’accueil des participants se fera le mardi 13 septembre de 13h à 15h à La Sorbonne 17, rue de la
Sorbonne – Ve arrondissement de Paris, dans le Grand Hall devant l’Amphithéâtre Richelieu.
Nous invitons les congressistes qui n’ont pas encore réglé leurs droits d’inscription à le faire lors de
l’accueil des participants le 13 septembre.
La Sorbonne (lieu de l’ouverture) et l’Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (lieu des conférences) sont au
cœur du quartier latin. On y peut y accéder facilement par les moyens de transport suivants : RER B
(station ‘Luxembourg’ ou station ‘Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame’), RER C (station ‘Cluny- La Sorbonne’) ;
Métro : ligne 10 (station ‘Cluny- La Sorbonne’) ; Bus 21 et Bus 27 (arrêt ‘Luxembourg’) ; Bus 38 (arrêt
‘Luxembourg’) ; Bus 84 (arrêt ‘Panthéon’) ; Bus 89 (arrêt ‘Mairie du Ve-Panthéon’). Un plan des lieux des
conférences ainsi que des indications relatives au trajet entre les aéroports ou gares et le quartier latin ont
été mis en ligne sur notre site (http://sihdaparis2016.com/) dans la sous-rubrique ‘Renseignements
pratiques’ de l’onglet ‘Informations’.
Étant données les mesures de sécurité en vigueur en France, il est nécessaire d’avoir toujours une
pièce d’identité sur vous et de porter votre badge pendant toute la durée colloque.
La session inaugurale débutera à 15h avec les discours d’ouverture suivis d’un intermède musical par
Laurent de Wilde, puis des trois conférences inaugurales, viendra ensuite la cérémonie de remise du Prix
Boulvert. A 19h30 un Cocktail dînatoire, dans le Grand Salon et le péristyle du Rectorat, clôturera la journée.

Le mercredi 14 septembre, les sessions parallèles se dérouleront à l’Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas,
12 place du Panthéon de 9h à 18h30. Un déjeuner sera prévu de 12h30 à 14h30 dans l’Appartement Décanal
de l’Université. A 19h30, l’Opéra Orphée et Eurydice sera joué dans le Grand Amphithéâtre d’Assas (92 rue
d’Assas, Paris VIe arrondissement).
Le jeudi 15 septembre, les sessions parallèles se dérouleront également à l’Université Paris II PanthéonAssas, 12 place du Panthéon de 9h à 17h. Un déjeuner sera prévu de 12h30 à 14h30 dans l’Appartement
Décanal de l’Université. A 17h se tiendra, à l’Université, la présentation des Scritti A. Corbino et la
cérémonie de remise se poursuivra, à partir de 19h30, par un dîner à la Mairie du Ve (21 place du Panthéon,
Paris Ve arrondissement).
Le vendredi 16 septembre, les sessions parallèles seront organisées de 9h à 12h30 à l’Université Paris II
Panthéon-Assas, 12 place du Panthéon. Le déjeuner aura cependant lieu au Centre Assas (92 rue
d’Assas, Paris VIe arrondissement) de 13h à 15h. Puis prendra place l’Assemblée Générale de la Société
dans le même lieu.
Le traditionnel dîner de gala se tiendra à 20h au Cercle National des Armées (8 place saint Augustin, Paris
VIIIe arrondissement). Pour s’y rendre, il suffit de prendre le bus 84 (arrêt ‘Luxembourg’ ou arrêt ‘Mairie
du 5e-Panthéon’, direction Porte de Champerret) et de descendre à l’arrêt ‘saint Augustin’. Le Cercle
National des Armées est devant l’arrêt du bus.
Le samedi 17 septembre sera consacré aux excursions facultatives. Le point de départ de toutes les
excursions – où les bus stationneront - est situé 10 place du Panthéon, Paris Ve arrondissement.

Mancano ormai solo pochi giorni all’inizio della SIHDA di Parigi 2016 e desideriamo comunicarVi alcune
informazioni relative all’organizzazione e delle informazioni pratiche in merito al Vostro soggiorno a
Parigi.
I partecipanti saranno accolti martedì 13 settembre dalle 13.00 alle 15.00 alla Sorbona, rue de la
Sorbonne, 17 – Ve arrondissement di Parigi, nel Grand Hall davanti all’Anfiteatro Richelieu.
Invitiamo i congressisti che non hanno ancora pagato la quota d’iscrizione a farlo al momento
dell’accoglienza dei partecipanti il 13 settembre.
La Sorbona (dove avrà luogo l’apertura del congresso) e l’Università Paris II Panthéon-Assas (dove si
terranno le sessioni) sono situate nel cuore del quartier latino. È possibile accedervi facilmente tramite i
seguenti mezzi di trasporto: RER B (stazione “Luxembourg” o stazione “Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame”),
RER C (stazione “Cluny – La Sorbonne”); Metropolitane: linea 10 (stazione “Cluny – La Sorbonne”);
Autobus 21 e 27 (fermata “Luxembourg”); Autobus 38 (fermata “Luxembourg”); Autobus 84 (fermata
“Panthéon”); Autobus 89 (fermata “Mairie du Ve – Panthéon”). Una cartina dei luoghi del convegno e

Date le misure di sicurezza in vigore in Francia, è necessario portare sempre con sé un
documento d’identità e indossare sempre il badge durante il convegno.
La sessione inaugurale comincerà alle 15.00 con i discorsi d’apertura seguiti da un intermezzo musicale di
Laurent de Wilde, dalle tre conferenze inaugurali e dalla cerimonia di consegna del Premio Boulvert. Alle
19.30 una cena in piedi, nel Grand Salon e nel peristyle du Rectorat, concluderà la giornata.
Mercoledì 14 settembre: le sessioni parallele si svolgeranno all’Università Paris II Panthéon-Assas, place
du Panthéon, 12, dalle 9.00 alle 18.30. È previsto un pranzo dalle 12.30 alle 14.30 nell’Appartamento Décanal
dell’Università. Alle 19.30, l’Opera Orfeo e Euridice sarà rappresentata nel Grand Amphithéâtre d’Assas (rue
d’Assas, 92, Parigi VIe arrondissement).
Gioverdì 15 settembre: le sessioni parallele avranno egualmente luogo nell’Università Paris II PanthéonAssas, place du Panthéon, 12, dalle 9.00 alle 17.00. È previsto un pranzo dalle 12.30 alle 14.30
nell’Appartamento Décanal dell’Università. Alle 17.00 si terrà all’Università la presentazione degli Scritti
A. Corbino e la cerimonia di consegna proseguirà, dalle 19.30, con una cena nel Municipio del Ve
arrondissement (place du Panthéon, 21, Parigi Ve arrondissement).
Venderdì 16 settembre: le sessioni parallele saranno organizzate dalle 9.00 alle 12.30 all’Università Paris
II Pantéon-Assas, place du Panthéon, 12. Tuttavia, il pranzo si svolgerà nel Centre Assas (rue d’Assas,
92, Parigi Ve arrondissement) dalle 13.00 alle 15.00. L’Assemblea Generale della Società si terrà poi nello
stesso luogo.
La tradizionale cena di gala si svolgerà alle 20.00 al Cercle National des Armées (place Saint Augustin, 8, Parigi
VIIIe arrondissement). Per recarvisi, è sufficiente prendere l’autobus 84 (fermata “Panthéon” o fermata
“Mairie du Ve – Panthéon”, direzione Porte de Champerret) e scendere alla fermata “Saint Augustin”. Il
Cercle National des Armées è davanti alla fermata dell’autbus.
Sabato 17 settembre: la giornata è dedicata alle escursioni facoltative. Il punto di partenza di tutte le
escursioni – dove Vi attenderanno gli autobus – è situato in place du Panthéon, 10, Paris Ve
arrondissement.

Dear friends and colleagues,
The conference is just a few days away and we are happy to give you hear the latest information
concerning the conference itself and the logistics of it.
The welcoming of participants will take place on Tuesday 13th of September between 1 PM and 3 PM at
La Sorbonne 17, rue de la Sorbonne – Ve arrondissement de Paris in the large hall just in front of
Amphitheater Richelieu.
We would like to insist that those participants that have not yet paid their registration fees do it at that
time on the 13th.
The Sorbonne where the opening ceremony will take place and University Paris II Panthéon-Assas where
the conferences will be organized are at the heart of the Latin quarter and very easily accessible by Metro
and bus. You may either take the rapid metro RER (RER B station ‘Luxembourg’ or station ‘Saint-MichelNotre-Dame’; RER C station ‘Cluny- La Sorbonne’) or the regular metro (line 10 station ‘Cluny- La
Sorbonne’). If you prefer to travel by bus there are several of them: Bus 21 et Bus 27 (station
‘Luxembourg’) ; Bus 38 (station ‘Luxembourg’) ; Bus 84 (station ‘Panthéon’) ; Bus 89 (station ‘Mairie du
Ve-Panthéon’). The stop at stations is indicated between brackets. So that you can easily orient yourself, a
map showing the various places where conferences are organized as well as indications concerning
transportation from the various airports and stations is available on our webpage
(http://sihdaparis2016.com/) under practical info.
Because of the security measures that have been in place in France for several months, it is
absolutely necessary that you should always carry ID (passport or other) and always wear your
badge. ID may be requested in order to enter some of the locations and your badge will always be
requested.
The opening session will start at 3:00 PM with the opening speeches and will, after a musical episode by
Laurent de Wilde, continue with the three inaugural conferences. This will be followed by the ceremony
for the prize Boulvert and at 7:30 PM a cocktail will be served in the Grand Salon et le péristyle du Rectorat in
order to finish this first day.
Starting on Wednesday 14, the parallels sessions will take place at University Paris II Panthéon-Assas, 12
place du Panthéon, Paris Ve arrondissement from 9 AM to 6:30 PM. Lunch will be served between 12:30
and 2:30 PM in the Appartement Décanal at the University. At 7:30 PM you are invited to attend the Opera
Orphée et Eurydice played in the Grand amphithéâtre of the Abuilding which is part of Paris II university (92
rue d’Assas, Paris VIe arrondissement).
On Thursday 15th, the parallel sessions and workshops will also take place at University Paris II
Panthéon-Assas, 12 place du Panthéon, Paris Ve arrondissement from 9 AM to 5:00 PM. Lunch will be
organized at the same place and time as the day before in the Appartement Décanal. At 5:00 PM the
presentation of the Scritti A. Corbino will take place at the University and after the ceremony dinner would
be organized just opposite the University in the city hall of Ve district (21 place du Panthéon, Paris Ve
arrondissement).
Friday the 16th, the sessions will take place between 9 AM and 12:30 at University Paris II PanthéonAssas, 12 place du Panthéon, Paris Ve arrondissement. But lunch will be served at a different location
in the Assas building (92 rue d’Assas, Paris VIe arrondissement) between 1 PM and 3 PM. Lunch would
be followed by the General Assembly of the Society which will take place in the same location.
The traditional gala dinner will take place at 8 PM at Cercle National des Armées (8 place saint Augustin, Paris
VIIIe arrondissement). In order to get there you may want to take bus 84 (departure station ‘Luxembourg’
or ‘Mairie du 5e-Panthéon’, direction ‘Porte de Champerret’) and to get off at the stop ‘saint Augustin’.
The bus stop is in front of the Cercle National des Armées.
Saturday 17th is the day for optional excursions. The starting point for all visits, where the buses will be
parked, is 10 place du Panthéon, Paris Ve arrondissement.
