Taxi: Taxis findet ihr auch direkt vor dem Flughafen
bzw. Hafen. Die Kosten für einen Weg betragen ca. €
120.- Mitunter kann es vorkommen, dass es zu den
Stoßzeiten oder bei Ankünften in der Nacht zu längeren Wartezeiten kommt. Grundsätzlich besitzen die
Taxis keine Dachträger zur Beförderung von Surfgepäck. Spezielle Taxis mit Dachträger können angefordert werden, allerdings wird dafür üblicherweise ein
Zuschlag verrechnet.
Mietwagen: Für das Mieten von Autos gilt ein Mindestalter von 21 Jahren. Der europäische Führerschein genügt; er muss jedoch schon mindestens 1
Jahr im Besitz des Fahrers sein. Auf Wunsch können
Dachträger montiert werden. Dies muss jedoch vorab
gebucht werden.
Für die Abdeckung des Selbstbehaltes der Autoversicherung wird eine Kreditkarte benötigt.
Bei Ankünften oder Rückgaben zwischen 22:30 und
7:00 Uhr wird ein Nachtzuschlag verrechnet. Dieser
Betrag ist direkt vor Ort am Schalter zu bezahlen.
Geldautomat: In der Ankunftshalle am Flughafen stehen Geldautomaten zur Verfügung. Prasonisi hat diesen Service leider noch nicht zu bieten. Der nächste
Geldautomat befindet sich im rund 20km entfernten
Gennadi.
Das Pro Center und das Lighthouse akzeptieren auch
Kreditkarten (Visa und Mastercard).

Gesundheit: In Rhodos Stadt befindet sich ein im Jahr
2002 errichtetes modernes Krankenhaus mit 138 Betten. Die nächste Erste Hilfe Station ist in der Ortschaft
„Gennadi“, ca. 20km entfernt von Prasonisi. In Kattavia
(8km von Prasonisi) gibt es auch einen Arzt.
Münztelefone: Es gibt 2 öffentliche Münz- bzw Kartentelefone in Prasonisi. Telefonwertkarten kann man in
den Supermärkten kaufen.
Internet: Direkt in Prasonisi gibt es in der Lighthouse
Taverne einen kostenpflichtigen WLAN-Internetzugang. In manchen Restaurants in Kattavia gibt es sogar kostenloses WLAN.
Das nächste Internet Cafe befindet sich im 20km entfernten Gennadi.
Disco: Die nächste Disco ist ca 40 km entfernt in der
Ortschaft Lindos. Bars und Clubs mit Musik findet ihr
aber auch schon in Gennadi. In Prasonisi tanzt man
bei Lagerfeuerromantik und Musik auf spontanen Beachparties. Auch in Kattavia gibt es eine kleine Bar.
Verpflegung: Neben zwei Tavernen direkt am Spot
gibt es eine Snackbar unmittelbar am Pro Center und
zwei kleine Supermärkte in Prasonisi. Die nähere Umgebung um Kattavia bietet eine Reihe von Tavernen
und Märkten.
Mobiltelefon: Seit mehreren Jahren ist der Empfang
für Mobiltelefone in Prasonisi gewährleistet. Signalstärke sehr gut! Mittlerweilen ist sogar ein 3G Netz
verfügbar.

Transfert : Prasonisi se trouve environ à 90 km de
l'aéroport. La durée du transfert est d’1,5 h.
Notre agence de transfert amène les clients qui ont
réservé un transfert à l‘avance avec le bus ou taxi aux
hôtels. Vous pouvez trouver le guide dans le hall d'
arrivée, il porte un signe avec notre logo.
Taxi : Vous trouverez aussi des taxis directement à
l’aéroport. Il faut compter environ 120 € pour le transfer aller-simple. Il se peut, qu’aux heures de pointe ou
si tu arrives la nuit, tu aies à attendre un peu plus longtemps. Normalement, les taxis ne sont pas équipés de
rack de toit pour le transport des planches à voile. Il
est possible de commander des taxis spécialement
équipés d’un rack mais if faut payer un supplément.
Location de voitures : Il faut avoir au moins 21 ans
pour pouvoir louer une voiture. Le permis de conduire
européen suffit ; toutefois, tu dois en être en possession depuis au moins 1 an déjà. Un rack de toit peut être
monté sur demande. Mais c’est un service qu’il faut
réserver à l’avance.
Pour la réduction de la responsibilité financière en cas
d‘accident tu es obligé de presenter une carte de
crédit.
Si vous arrivez tard, il faudra payer un supplément
(entre 22:30-7:00). Ce montant sera réglé directement
sur place au guichet.
Guichet automatique : Des distributeurs de billets se
trouvent dans le hall d’arrivée à l’aéroport. Prasonisi
ne propose malheureusement pas encore ce service.
Le Pro Center et le Lighthouse accèptent des cartes

Santé : Il y a un hôpital moderne de 138 lits, construit

le plus proche se trouve à « Gennadi », à 20 km de
Prasonisi. A Kattavia il y a aussi un médecin.
Téléphones publics : On trouve 2 téléphones publics
à pièces ou à carte à Prasonisi. Les cartes de téléphone peuvent être achetées au supermarché.
Internet : Il y a un accès WIFI disponible au
Lighthouse. Certains restaurant à Kattavia offre un
accès gratuit au WIFI. Le café Internet le plus proche
est à Gennadi, à 20 km de distance.
Disco : La disco la plus proche est à environ 40 km, à
Lindos. Mais, sans aller aussi loin, on trouve à Gennadi déjà de nombreux bars et clubs où l’on joue de la
musique. Il y a aussi un petit bar à Kattavia. A Prasonisi, on danse autour de feux de camp romantiques, au
rythme de la musique de beach partys spontanées.
Alimentation : En plus des deux tavernes sur le spot,
tu trouveras un snack-bar directement au Pro Center
et deux petits épiciers à Prasonisi. Sinon, il y a aussi
de nombreuses tavernes et marchés dans les environs
de Kattavia.
Téléphone portable : Depuis plusieurs années, la
réception est assurée pour les téléphones portables à
Prasonisi, avec une très bonne intensité du signal !

Transfer: Prasonisi is located approx. 90 km away
from the airport. Travel time is approx. 1.5 hours.
Our transfer agency brings guests who have pre-booked a transfer with buses or taxis to their hotels. You
can find our guide in the airport's arrival hall. He carries a sign with our logo and is waiting for you at the
scheduled flight arrival time.
Taxi: You will also find a taxi directly at the airport. The
cost for a one-way transfer is approx. € 120. Occasionally, there may be longer waiting times during rush
hours or in case of arrivals during the night. As a rule,
the taxis are not equipped with roof racks for transporting surfing gear. You can ask for a taxi with roof racks,
although this will usually be at a surcharge.
Rental cars: You have to be at least 21 years old to
rent a car. The European driver's licence will suffice to
rent a car, although the driver must have held the licence for at least one year. The rental company can fit
a car with roof racks upon request. You must, however,
reserve this extra in advance. Rental companies charge an additional amount to those who take over or return a car after 10.30 pm. You have to pay this
surcharge directly at the desk.
The rental rate usually includes a C.D.W with a certain
deductible amount. Please beware that you must present a credit card upon take over of the car.
ATM: you will find ATMs in the airport's arrival lounge.
Unfortunately, this service is not yet available in
Prasonisi. The nearest ATM is located in Gennadi about 20km away from Prasonisi
Pro Center and the Lighthouse accept VISA and Mastercard. The mini markets in Prasonisi require cash
payment.

Health: Rhodes City has a modern 138-bed hospital,
built in 2002. The nearest first-aid ward is located in
the Gennadi village, approx. 20 km away from Prasonisi. There is also a doctor in Kattavia.
Food and drinks: Apart from two taverns on the spot
itself, there is a snack bar at the Pro Center and two
minimarkets in Prasonisi. Moreover, there are taverns
and markets in the area around Kattavia.
Mobile phones: Mobile phone coverage has existed in
Prasonisi for several years now. Very good signal
