Beef-stuffed squash MAIN DISHES Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 50 minutes Yield: 4 Ingredients Amount MetricImperial Small squash 4 4 Lean ground beef 450 g 1 lb Grated Romano cheese Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Cut squash in half and remove strings and seeds. 1/4 cup 60 ml Place all the ingredients except the squash in a bowl and stir to combine. 11 Fill the squash with the mixture. 1/4 cup 60 ml Wrap each squash half in aluminum foil. 11 Bake for 50 minutes or until 1/2 cup 125 ml the squash flesh is soft. Basil 5 ml 1 tsp. Oregano 5 ml 1 tsp.
