2. Manufactures and commercializes pet food in accordance with exporting country laws and regulations which may be
freely sold for animal feeding in the said country, complying with approved good manufacturing practice, as requested by
the Regulation (EC) No 183/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 January 2005 laying down
requirements for feed hygiene, as amended /
Fabrique et commercialise des aliments pour animaux de compagnie, en conformité avec les lois et les règlements du pays
exportateur, qui peuvent être librement vendus pour l'alimentation animale dans le dit pays, et en conformité avec les bonnes
pratiques de fabrication, comme imposées par le Règlement (CE) n° 183/2005 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 12 janvier
2005 fixant les conditions d'hygiène des aliments, tel que modifié /

exporterende land, dat vrij mag worden verkocht voor het voederen van dieren in dat land, en dat voldoet aan erkende goede

Article 11.5.14 OIE Terrestrial Animal Health Code, 2010: Recommendations on commodities that should not be traded
1. Tonsils and distal ileum from cattle of any age from a controlled or undetermined BSE risk country, zone, or compartment.
2. Brains, eyes, spinal cord, skull and vertebral column from cattle that were, at the time of slaughter over 30 months of age originating from a
controlled BSE risk country, zone, or compartment.
3. Brains, eyes, spinal cord, skull and vertebral column from cattle that were, at the time of slaughter over 12 months of age originating from a
undetermined BSE risk country, zone, or compartment.
Article 11.5.13 OIE Terrestrial Animal Health Code, 2010: Recommendation on ruminant-derived meat-and-bone meal or greaves
1. Ruminant-derived meat-and-bone meal or greaves from a negligible BSE risk country where there has been an indigenous case of BSE,
should not be traded if such products were derived from cattle born before the date from which the ban on the feeding of ruminants with
meat-and-bone meal and greaves derived from ruminants had been effectively enforced.
2. Ruminant-derived meat-and-bone meal or greaves from a controlled or undetermined BSE risk country, zone, or compartment.

m= threshold value for the number of bacteria: the result is considered satisfactory if the number of bacteria in all samples does not exceed m;
M= maximum value for the number of bacteria; the result is considered unsatisfactory if the number of bacteria in one or more samples is M or
more: and
c = number of samples the bacterial count of which may be between m and M, the sample still being considered acceptable if the bacterial count
of the other samples is m or less.
