National Committees are requested to advise Central Office as soon as
possible of the names of the voting member and the delegates who will
be attending the General Assembly (Constitution VI, 7).

In accordance with Section J (b) of the By-Laws, the Secretary General
has selected and compiled a list of typical Questions which appears in
Annex 2b. The Secretary General’s report on the subjects emerging from
National Committees proposals is given as Annex 2a. The full list of these
proposals appears in Annex 2c, which is also available on the ICOLD
website.
Conformément à l’Article J (b) du Règlement Intérieur, le Secrétaire
Général a établi une liste de Questions types qui est donnée en Annexe

5.1. New applications for membership (Constitution III, 1)

Five countries have shown interest for becoming ICOLD Members.
Unfortunately their applications were not finalized for lack of time. These
are: Myanmar, Guinea, Togo, Benin and Ecuador. It is hoped that they will
be in a position to formally apply next year in Bali.
Cinq pays on montré leur intérêt à devenir membres de la CIGB.
Malheureusement leurs demandes n’ont pas pu être finalisées par
manque de temps. Il s’agit du Myanmar, de la Guinée, du Togo, du Bénin
et de l’Équateur. Nous espérons qu’ils pourront rejoindre la CIGB l’année
prochaine à Bali.
Guinea-Bissau : By letter dated 10 May 2013 (see Annex 3), Central
Office has received a formal application for membership from GuineaBissau. The Secretary General is satisfied that this application is in order
and the 81st General Assembly will be invited to formally elect GuineaBissau as the 96th ICOLD member.

wishes to propose that free internet access be granted for the World
Register of Dams (Annex 6).

7.2. A certain number of amendments dealing with Constitution and/or ByLaws have been raised but not mentioned here for being received behind

We remind you that such amendments shall be submitted in writing to the
Board via the Central Office four months before a General Assembly and

report once finalised shall be circulated to all National Committees at least
two months prior to the forthcoming General Assembly (By-Laws, Section
XVI (1)).

The Chairperson and members of the Committee will continue until it has
submitted its report, and has discharged the duty laid upon it, and the dissolution
of the Committee is approved at a General Assembly. The Committee shall
submit a Progress Report at each General Assembly.

aient soumis leur rapport, qu'ils se soient acquittés de la mission qui leur a été
