This year the OSSLT will be written by students across the province on Thursday, March 31st. As a school, we are taking many steps to assist our students in completing the test successfully. One way that we have chosen to help our students is by offering an after school program to reinforce reading and writing skills. The after school program will begin during the second week of February and will consist of 10 ninety‐minute sessions. Students will attend twice a week over a period of two months to receive intensive practice with reading and writing skills and strategies. Student Registration Forms are available in the library. Completed forms must be submitted to Mrs. McCombes in the library by Friday, February 5th, 2016. Spaces are limited, so completed forms should be returned as soon as possible. Please direct any questions about the BOSS After School Literacy Program to Susan McCombes ([email protected]).
