This product was created by HappyScrapArts.
Your kit can not contain more than 30% of my elements-papers etc.
No credit required if used in digital scrapbook kits PU or CU and on flattened
digital 3D sheets for cardmaking (craftsuprint etc).
CU4CU items may be used for any commercial use such as your digital scrapbooking
business,
web design, printing, 3D sheets and so on.
My CU and CU for CU items may be used to design items for Print On Demand sites
such
as Zazzle.com/Cafe Press, CraftsUprint, as long as they are incorporated into
your product and flattened when provided to the customer.
No credit required but appreciated
CU4CU items by me can also be used to make items that you make to resell to
others as CU or PU.
You cannot resell the items *as is* for others to use commercially, it must be
changed and
made into a new product of your own in some substantial way.
You can use my CU4CU items “as is”
if it’s for a personal scrap kit
You can use my CU4CU items “as is” if it’s for POD (print on demand) Clothings
for Cookies/Posers or any other projects that are flattened (like cards,
calendars etc...).
Otherwise, you have to make major changes to the items you want to used.
All of my CU4CU products may be used for Print On Demand like Zazzle/Cafe Press
"as is" if flattened. No credit required but appreciated.
If they are not flattened then you should make changes and give credits.
You can use them to make templates. No credit required but appreciated
You can use them to make scripts. No credit required but appreciated
You can use them to make tutoriels. Credit required

Do not make kits or sets containing only my items.
You can not make brushes, tubes with this items.

Dit produkt is gemaakt door Happy Scrap Arts en is voor Commercieel voor
commercieel gebruik.
Dit houdt in dat uw zowel PU kits als CU kits mag maken met deze produkten.
U mag ze ook gebruiken voor webdesign, digitale knipvellen, Posers, Print On
Demand zoals Zazzle.com/Cafe Press, CraftsUprint, maar het uiteindelijke
resultaat moet een afgevlakt produkt zijn.
Credits zijn niet nodig als deze produkten gebruikt worden voor CU kits, PU kits
web en blog designs en digitale knipvellen.
Credits worden wel gewaardeerd.
Deze produkten mogen gebruikt worden zoals ze zijn in PU kits of op digitale
knipvellen en Print On Demand.
Als ze gebruikt worden voor CU kits dan moeten er veranderingen gemaakt worden.
Alleen van kleur veranderen is niet genoeg, ook van maat veranderen is niet
genoeg.
U mag deze produkten gebruiken voor het maken van:
templates, scripts/actions - geen credits nodig, wordt wel gewaardeerd.
tutorials (lesjes) - wel credits nodig.
ER MOGEN GEEN FREEBIES GEMAAKT WORDEN MET DIT PRODUKT. u MOET DIT AANGEVEN IN UW
TOU ALS UW CU KITS MAAKT MET DIT PRODUKT.
Dit geld niet voor afgevlakte quickpages.
Maak geen kits met alleen mijn produkten.
Uw mag geen brushes of tubes maken met dit produkt.
Uw mag dit produkt niet delen of weggeven.
Als een van uw produkten in een tijdschrift ed. gepubliceerd wordt en het bevat
mijn CU produkten dan moeten er credits gegeven worden .
