Directions
Start from the Decathlon store car park, Route de Saint-Omer,
Montjoie Industrial Estate in Saint-Martin-Boulogne.
1 On leaving the car park, go
to the right as far as the “Kid et
Boul” Leisure Centre. Go round
behind it in order to get to the
path on the left. Continue as far
as the bridge (365 metres) and
go under the A16 motorway.
7 Take this alley in order to
view the column then retrace
your steps. Go round the
roundabout on the right this
time, and then down the wooden
steps in order to rejoin the path
that skirts the motorway.
2 Then take the path on the
left and follow the “Parcours de
la Colonne” signposting. Cross
the Hayette Stream.
8 This takes you to the
junction with the “Chemin des
Moulins”. Here, follow the
“Parcours de la Colonne” and
continue to walk alongside the
motorway.
3 Go through the underpass
of the A16. At its exit, turn right
and walk along the motorway
in order to reach the second
bridge.
4 Go over this bridge and
continue on the “Rue du
Denacre”. Arrival at the
D237E3. Cross the road and
take the “Sentier du Denacre”
opposite.
5 At the junction, take the
“Chemin de l’Espagnerie” on
the left.
6 At the top of this, turn right
and go back over the A16, go
round the roundabout in order to
rejoin the “Allée de la Colonne”.

old farm, and when you get
there, turn left and follow the
“Rue des Prairies”.

10 Go down the street (Rue de
la Cluse) on the left a little, then
take a very stony path. At the
bottom of the latter, you arrive
at the first underpass. Do not
go through it but turn right and
walk along the motorway once
again in order to get back to the
first bridge that you took. When
there, continue straight ahead to
go to the “Kid et Boul” and then
to the departure car park.
