Instructor Systema Talanov Special Day.
Presentation of the Instructor Development
Course, by Valentin Talanov, deepening for those
who could already participate in an IDC. This
event is open to all Systema Instructors ,
whatever their school. This is an opportunity to
start a new curriculum, or simply discover
Valentin's approach.
This does not imply any commitment. This is also
an opportunity to practice among instructors and
advanced practitioners, in a privileged context.
The number of places is limited to 40 participants.

fight.
The Saturday is dedicated to chain and stick,
as learning tools of the movement.
Sunday : combat against several assailants.
Both days will begin with a session of
movement and breathing by the approach of
Valentin Talanov.
