Presented by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT), the Summer Fancy Food
Show (SFFS) is one of the largest trade shows in North America for gourmet and specialty food (a 13
billion US dollars market). The show usually brings together approximatively 2500 exhibitors and over
24 000 visitors.
Participate to this trade show in a generic formula under the umbrella of Groupe Export
agroalimentaire and beneficiate of the following advantages * :

100 pi² turnkey booth (10 x 10) including : hard shell scheme, 2 shelves, 1 counter, 1 stool, 1 table and 2
chairs, 1 open standing showcase, lights, fascia, trash can;

A lump-sum of 800$ to cover partially your journey’s expenses *

a 25% rebate on extra furnishing for your booth, up to 5000 $ of admissible expenses per company *

a 25% rebate on show material and samples shipping and on-site handling (when consolidating with
Groupe Export, maximum of 5000$ of admissible expenses)* and;

on-site coordination of the event and presence of a Groupe Export representative during the whole show.

member will entitle you to all advantages from January 1st to December 31st, 2014. Please contact us

Subject to the approbation of the funds by the Exportateurs de Classe Mondiale 2014-2015 program from Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de
l’Alimentation du Québec.
Following the cuts in the Agri-marketing program of Agriculture and Agri-food Canada towards the financial support of activities on the US market, it is
currently impossible for us to offer the same advantages to our members as per previous years. We are working actively to negotiate with the different
governments to obtain extra financing. However, at the moment we can’t guarantee the availability of such funds.
Should extra financial support become available, we would have the possibility to offer you a credit of :

Standard and corner booths of 10 x 10 : 1 895,00$
Moreover, if the funds allow it, a second lump-sum of 800$ will be granted to your company and the rebates of 25% on extra furnishing and consolidation
will be adjusted to 50%.

Politique générale lors d’une
participation à une foire
Le Groupe Export agroalimentaire est un organisme à but non lucratif (OBNL) qui gère les
programmes d’aide à l’exportation du Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation
du Québec et d’Agriculture et Agroalimentaire Canada.
À titre de gestionnaire de programmes gouvernementaux, le Groupe Export a défini une politique
générale à suivre dans le cadre d’une participation à une foire. Voici les détails :
La signature d’un représentant de l’entreprise apposée sur le formulaire de participation à une
foire tient lieu de contrat entre le Groupe Export et l’entreprise.
1. Dans les cinq jours suivant son inscription, l’entreprise doit acquitter 50% des frais de
participation. Ces frais peuvent être acquittés par chèque ou par carte de crédit en
communiquant avec le service comptable du Groupe Export au 450-461-6266 poste 207.
2. L’autre 50% des frais de participation à une foire est exigible 60 jours avant la tenue de
l’événement.
3. À défaut de se conformer à cette politique, le Groupe Export se réserve le droit d’annuler la
participation de l’entreprise.
4. En cas d’annulation par l’entreprise :
 Si l’entreprise ou le Groupe Export trouve un remplaçant, elle sera remboursée à 100%
moins des frais d’administration de 200,00$, dès que le remplaçant aura payé la somme
due.
 Si l’entreprise ou le Groupe Export ne trouve pas de remplaçant, elle devra assumer le total
du montant auquel elle s’est engagée par contrat.
 Toute demande d’annulation doit se faire par écrit et être adressée à la personne
responsable de la foire et dont le nom apparaît sur le formulaire de participation.
Cette politique a été entérinée par le conseil d’administration du Groupe Export agroalimentaire, le
14 février 2008.
