What the meeting is about:
The annual meeting of members of the Aplastic Anemia & Myelodysplasia Association of Canada (AAMAC) will
cover four items of business:
1. Receiving the financial statements of AAMAC for the year ended June 30, 2016, together with the
report of the auditors and treasurer;
2. Appointing the auditors of AAMAC
3. Electing the Board of Directors of AAMAC
4. Annual AAMAC report/update
You have the right to vote:
You are entitled to receive notice of and vote at the Meeting if you are a member of AAMAC at the close of
business on Friday, September 30, 2016.
In accordance with AAMAC’s by-laws, there is no proxy voting at the annual meeting.

Il y a trois points à l’ordre du jour de l’Assemblée annuelle de l’Association canadienne de l’anémie aplasique et de
la myélodysplasie (ACAAM) :
1. Recevoir les états financiers de l’ACAAM pour l’année se terminant le 30 juin 2015, de même
que le rapport des vérificateurs et de la trésorière;
2. Nommer les vérificateurs de l’ACAAM
3. Élire les membres du conseil d’administration de l’ACAAM
4. AAMAC Rapport annuel / mise à jour
Vous avez le droit de voter
Vous avez le droit de recevoir l’avis de convocation et de voter à l’Assemblée si vous étiez membre de l’ACAAM à
la fermeture des bureaux le 2 octobre 2015.
Conformément au règlement de l’ACAAM, il n’y a pas de vote par procuration à l’Assemblée annuelle.
