Leduc, une bibliographie sélective a été complétée, en 2003, sur le droit de la famille au Canada et a été mise à jour en septembre 2004 afin de répondre aux besoins des comités du Barreau du Québec. Les réformes en Australie et au Royaume Uni ont été ajoutées ainsi qu’un survol du droit collaboratif au Etats-Unis. Cette bibliographie sélective relève les monographies et périodiques disponibles sur le sujet au Centre de documentation du Barreau du Québec, de même que les documents disponibles sur différents sites Internet des ministères de la Justice provinciaux et canadien. Enfin, elle présente aussi des titres dont les références sont tirées des index de périodiques électroniques LegalTrac et Index to Canadian Legal Literature.
