L’OPPORTUNITÉ…
L’équipe des opérations gestion de la paie et ressources humaines est présentement à la recherche d’un
conseiller en implantation de logiciels dont l’implication dans l’équipe sera diversifiée et comprendra
différents volets tels que:

Guider le client à travers l’analyse de ses besoins en terme de logiciels afin d’optimiser l’utilisation
des systèmes;
Coordonner certains projets en étant en constante communication avec les divers intervenants
internes et externes;
Faire l’implantation et la formation, interne et externe, par rapport à nos différents produits de paie
et ressources humaines;
Rédiger de la documentation pour nos guides de formation et de implantation;
Agir en tant que consultant et assurer le support de l’application auprès de la clientèle;
Voyagement fréquent (75% du temps) à travers le Québec;
VOTRE PROFIL…
• Vous possédez un DEC en techniques administratives ou en gestion des ressources humaines;
• Un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience avec des logiciels de paie et/ou de ressources humaines;
• Vous possédez une bonne connaissance du logiciel Magistra;
• Vous possédez de l’expérience ou une bonne connaissance du réseau de la santé dans un service
de traitement de la paie ou en gestion des ressources humaines;

THE OPPORTUNITY…
The Human Capital Management operation team is currently looking for an Software Implementation
Consultant whose implication in the team will touch various aspects and include several elements such as:
•

•
Guiding clients through the analysis of their needs in software to optimize the use of our systems;
Coordinating projects by being in constant communication with internal and external stakeholders;
Proceed to the implementation and training, internally and externally, of our different Payroll and
Human Resources products;
Prepare documentation for our training and implementation guides;
Act as a consultant and ensure support on the application to our customers;
Frequent travelling (75% of the time) throughout Quebec;
YOUR PROFILE…
• You have a College Degree in Business Administration or in Human Resources Management;
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Payroll and/or Human Resources;
• You have good knowledge of Magistra Software;
• You have experience or a good knowledge of the healthcare sector in a Payroll or Human
Resource department;
KEY COMPETENCES
