MEETINGS WITH PARTICIPANTS WHO ARE NOT STAFF OF THE INSTITUTIONS
1. Please follow the instructions on the web page: http://www.cc.cec/security/index_en.html ,
under point "Help and Advise", "Building access" and then "Données d'Accès Automatisées
(DAA)".
2. Every visitor to Commission premises needs to have an identification badge. When a
visitor participates in a meeting, the following elements need to be specified on the badge:
surname + name of the person, title and date of the meeting.
The badges will be provided by the organising DG.
ATTENTION: Distribution of badges for meetings that take place in the Centre Borschette
building will be done after going through security. Security staff will let through all visitors
who can show a personal invitation letter to the meeting.
