Assortment of profiles for the

Aufgrund ihrer guten statischen Eigenschaften bieten sich Profilstahlrohre
als optionales Konstruktionselement
im Torbau an. Es lassen sich daraus
grossflächige, verwindungsfeste
Elemente mit schlanken Rahmen fertigen. Dabei können mit dem gleichen
Profilsystem Falttore, Schiebetore und
Schiebe-Falttore in den Bauhöhen von
50, 60 und 80 mm hergestellt werden.
Pour des raisons statiques, les tubes
profilés en acier forment des éléments
de construction optimaux dans la réalisation de grandes portes, car ils se
prêtent facilement à la fabrication de
pièces à surface importante mais résistantes à la déformation dans des
cadres minces. Le même système de
profilés convient à la construction de
portes en accordéon ou coulissantes
ainsi qu’aux portes en accordéoncoulissantes.
From the point of view of statics,
profiled steel sections are the ideal
choice for industrial door constructions. They can be used to construct
rigid panels with a large surface area
and slender frames. The same system
of profiles can be used for folding
doors, sliding doors and sliding
folding doors.
Das Profil- und Dichtungssortiment
eignet sich für manuell und automatisch bedienbare Toranlagen.
Neben dem Aspekt der dauerhaften
Dichtigkeit berücksichtigt das ausgeklügelte Mitteldichtungssystem auch
sicherheitstechnische Funktionen, z.B.
Fingerschutzdichtungen, die ein
Einklemmen der Finger verhindern.

Les portes accordéon sont usuellement constituées de tôles d’acier, de
panneaux sandwich ou de vitrage
simple. Le plus souvent elles ne sont
pas très exposées au vent. C’est pourquoi le diagramme de dimensionnement a été basé sur une charge de
vent de 50 kg/m2 (0,5 kN/m2) et sur
flèchissement maximal de 1/200 de la
longueur de barre. Dans les cas où
ces hypothèses ne sont pas valables,
et en particulier dans les cas de vitrages à grandes surfaces, il faut prévoir
des constructions plus rigides.
Nous recommandons de dimensionner comme dans la construction
de façades.

Normally, folding doors are constructed using pressed steel, sandwich
panels or single glazing. They are not
exposed usually to much wind. For
these reasons, the dimensioning
graph is designed for a wind load
stress of 50 kg/m2 (0,5 kN/m2) and
maximum deflection of 1/200 along
the length of the bar.
Where the above is not the case, in
particular where large areas of
insulation glass are used, more rigid

Üblicherweise werden Falttore mit
Stahlblechen, Sandwichplatten oder
Einfachgläser ausgebildet. Ihre Lage
ist meist weniger windexponiert. Aus
diesen Gründen wurde das Dimensionierungs-Diagramm auf eine Windlast
von 50 kg/m2 (0,5 kN/m2) und einer
maximalen Durchbiegung von 1/200
der Stablänge ausgelegt. Wo die obigen Annahmen nicht zutreffen und
insbesondere bei Verwendung von
grossflächigen Isoliergläsern müssen
steifere Konstruktionen vorgesehen
werden.
Hierfür empfehlen wir eine
Bemessung wie sie im Fassadenbau
üblich ist.
