Club Med unveils the new Homepage of its website:
an immersive design!
Club Med the premium tailor made holiday provider today announces the launch of a their new homepage.
The new website has been implemented to meet the new expectations of internet users and to accelerate
the development of its online sales.
Simpler and more intuitive, the new Homepage lets the traveler dream about his next holidays and dive
into the destination… thanks to immersive pictures.

Optimized for tablet thanks to an intuitive,
visual and "single page" browsing to
discover the Club Med’s universe
The homepage offers a simpler access to information for regular or news
customers.
The structure of the page let the internet users choose between an exploration via
themes proposed in the course of the page or via an intuitive research remote
control. With pictograms and a typing field, the remote control allows an easy and
direct access to Resorts.
A
“crosscanal”
experience
A new “Get in touch” section, accessible at any time, to establish this website in a crosschannel dimension. This section allows the internet users to pursue their discovery on
the social networks or to finalize their reservation through the phone with an adviser.
This means at any step of the client’s booking process they can easily seek help: ‘via
the call button’ and get in contact with one of our call center staff. This functionality will
improve the relationship of online and offline and better support our customer needs.
Putting our clients first is at the forefront of this new home page.
This new homepage is part of a complete and step-by-step rebuilding of the website. The Club Med
purchasing journey was completely renovated with:
 A better visibility of the prices to offer the transparency to the visitors
 A booking engine fully renewed which leads to + 10% of conversion since March 2014.
The rest of the website will be updated in te next months.
