Bamboo GreenExfoliator
Green Sterilisation
Bamboo GreenExfoliator is a solidified
organic silica extracted from the nodes
of some bamboo species in India. It is
used in many organic products (cream,
gel, paste, powder, soap bars).
According to the particle’s size, the
exfoliation process will be more or less
powerful.
In order to comply with the regulation of
the
organic
cosmetic
products,
Lessonia has invested in a new
process. Gamma ray treatments which
had been banned by all the standards
of natural and organic cosmetic
products are not anymore used.
Its whiteness makes it easy to use. It
remains hard even in water based
products. It does not modify the colour
of the product.
The technology used had been
specifically developed for cosmetics. It
permits to reduce the micro-organisms
population at a very low level that is
adapted to the strong requirements of
the cosmetic industry.

Bamboo GreenExfoliator est une silice
organique extraite des tiges de certains
bambous.
Il
s'utilise
dans
de
nombreuses formulations bios (crème,
gel, pâtes, poudres, savons). Selon la
taille des particules, l’exfoliation est
plus ou moins énergique.
Sa blancheur facilite son utilisation.
De plus, même en présence d’eau,
les particules restent exfoliantes.
Ne modifie pas la couleur des
produits et permet une exfoliation
très précise.
Traitement thermique
Afin de répondre aux exigences de la
cosmétique bio, Lessonia a développé
un process de traitement thermique
évitant les rayons gammas qui sont
incompatibles avec tous les standards
de
la
cosmétique
naturelle
et
écologique.
Les poudres de plantes traitées par ce
procédé présentent un taux de microorganismes très faible (bactéries,
levures, moisissures) compatible avec
les besoins de la cosmétique.
