Mike Henley is a partner with a corporate commercial practice. He also has expertise in
residential and commercial real estate transactions. During Mike’s previous experience in
the pharmaceutical industry, he worked for one of Canada’s largest pharmaceutical
companies where his focus was on business development and brand management. He also
acted as manager of government relations; in this capacity he dealt with provincial
governments on issues of reimbursement for ophthalmic products across Canada.
Mike’s pharmaceuticals experience, as well as his further professional experience in banking
and finance, gives his legal practice a business-driven focus appreciated by his corporate
clients.
