Il s’agit du promoteur du projet des “Chantiers Européens pour
l’Emploi”.
Pendant l’année 2005, Acta Vista a réalisé 9 chantiers d’insertion
dans le Sud de la France permettant l’embauche de 120
personnes dans le domaine de la restauration et la valorisation
de patrimoine bâti et naturel.
En 2006, l’entreprise a créé 14 nouveaux chantiers d’insertion
en employant 220 personnes.
Fort de cette expérience dans l’insertion de publics en
difficulté, le promoteur du projet a acquis de solides compétences
dans l’ingénierie financière et la méthodologie de formation.
Il est désigné responsable de la phase du projet qui concerne
l’ingénierie financière et celle concernant la réalisation de
chantiers tests (en binôme avec Heritage Malta).

Acta Vista is the Promoter of the project.
During 2005 Acta Vista realised the engineering of 9 sites which
enabled the employment of 120 persons for the purpose of
trainig.
In 2006, Acta Vista will operate 14 actions and foresees the
employment of 220 persons for traning purpose.
Strong with its experience in integration through work building
sites in France, the organisation will use its recognised skills
in financial engineering and in trainig methodology for
unemployment personns for the implementation of the common
trainig methodology towards construction site managers.
Futhermore, Acta Vista will organise a field visit on its operating
site for all partners.

Heritage Malta est l’agence nationale du gouvernement de
Malte chargée de la préservation des sites naturels de l’île classés
à l'UNESCO (au nombre de 7) ainsi que de la gestion et la
valorisation des musées nationaux.
“La mission d'Heritage Malta est de s’assurer que les éléments
du patrimoine culturel qui lui sont confiés soient protégés et
rendus accessibles au public”.
Conscient que le patrimoine est un catalyseur pour le tourisme
maltais et par conséquent contribue au développement
économique de l’île, Heritage Malta cherche ainsi à améliorer
les services aux visiteurs sur un plan national et international.
Il s’implique dans toutes les phases du projet mais a une mission
particulière concernant la “réalisation de chantiers tests”.

IEC est un espace libre d’auto-formation, de mutualisation de
compétences et de savoirs.
La principale mission d’IEC est de rendre accessible les politiques
et programmes européens à la société civile à travers l’Europe.
Ses principaux objectifs sont la promotion des échanges culturels,
sociaux et économiques entre les acteurs de la société civile
européenne, la mise en réseau d’acteurs européens de la
société civile et du monde associatif, la diffusion d’informations
et de bonnes pratiques européennes vers les représentants de
la société civile.
La structure a été désignée coordinateur général du projet des
“Chantiers Européens pour l’Emploi” et est responsable de la
phase “communication et diffusion”.

IEC is a free space of self-training, skills and knowledge

networking of european civil society and non profit organisations,
the dissemination of european informations and best practices
through the civil society representative.

• SYNTHESIS
Centre de recherche et d’éducation chypriote, Synthesis est
spécialisé dans le domaine de l’éducation d’un public adulte en
difficulté d’insertion. Il porte une attention particulière à la
condition des femmes et a monté de nombreux projets pour ces
dernières.
Créateur de concepts innovants et fort de son expérience,
Synthesis dispose de larges compétences dans le domaine de
l’insertion.
Son implication dans le projet CEPE se concrétise par sa
participation à l’élaboration de la méthodologie de formation
commune, son investissement dans la valorisation de la stratégie
ainsi que son appui auprès des institutionnels et partenaires
privés dans l’île de Chypre. Enfin, Synthesis est chargé de la
phase du projet correspondant aux “études sectorielles”.
