LADY MINTO HOSPITAL AWARDS THE VILLA
MINTO NURSING HOME EXPANSION PROJECT TO
CGV BUILDERS, GENERAL CONTRACTORS
The Lady Minto Hospital Board of Directors is thrilled to announce that CGV BUILDERS is
the successful bidder and has been awarded the construction project of the Villa Minto
Expansion.
Construction to add four more long-term care beds and a new rehabilitation room will begin
this fall and be completed in the spring of 2016.
“We are excited to get this project going and are very grateful for the generous capital
donation from the Labelle family. We are also thankful for the ongoing support from the
Northeast Local Health Integration Network and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
Their dedication to improving health care services for the community of Cochrane benefits us
all,” stated Pat Dorff, Board Chair.

Le Conseil d’administration de l’hôpital Lady Minto est très heureux d’annoncer que CGV
Builders est le fournisseur titulaire du projet d’agrandissement du Foyer de soins de longue
durée Villa Minto.
La construction, qui comprend l’addition de quatre lits de soins de longue durée en plus d’une
salle de réadaptation, débutera cet automne et sera complétée par le printemps 2016.
“Nous sommes anxieux de commencer ce projet et nous sommes très reconnaissants envers la
famille Labelle pour leur don d’investissement généreux. Nous sommes aussi reconnaissants
de l’appui continu du Réseau local d’intégration des services de santé du Nord-Est et du
ministère de santé et des soins de longue durée. Leur dévouement envers l’amélioration des
services de santé pour la communauté de Cochrane est profitable pour nous tous” de dire Pat
Dorff, présidente du conseil d’administration.
