I - Résultat de l'augmentation de capital avec maintien du droit préférentiel de souscription
CM-CIC Securities (025), établissement centralisateur de l'opération, a informé Euronext Paris que
677.711 actions nouvelles ARTHUR MAURY (Code ISIN : FR0010772426) ont été souscrites au prix unitaire
de 0.07 EUR dans le cadre de l'augmentation de capital par émission d'actions à bon de souscription
d’action (ABSA), avec maintien du droit préférentiel de souscription réalisée du 17/08/2015 au 26/08/2015
(inclus).
Il est précisé que 445.382 actions ont été souscrites à titre irréductible et 232.329 actions à titre réductible.
Note : les BSA (code ISIN FR0012868958) attachés aux actions nouvelles n'ont pas fait l'objet d'une
demande d'admission sur MARCHE LIBRE.
II - Barème de répartition des souscriptions à titre réductible
Les actions nouvelles restant disponibles après exercice des droits préférentiels de souscription à titre
irréductible réservés aux actionnaires ou aux cessionnaires desdits droits seront reparties entre les
souscripteurs à titre réductible selon le coefficient de 0,01213499 calculé sur le nombre de droits appuyant
la souscription faite à titre irréductible sans tenir compte des fractions et sans que l'attribution puisse être
supérieure à la quantité d'actions demandées à titre réductible.

I - Capital increase with preferential subscription rights results
CM-CIC Securities (025), the centralizing agent, informed Euronext Paris that 677.711 ARTHUR
MAURY (Code ISIN : FR0010772426) new shares were subscribed at the subscription price of EUR 0.07
per share in the context of the capital increase with preferential subscription rights from 17/08/2015 to
26/08/2015 (included).
It is specified that 445,382 shares have been subscribed by irrevocable entitlement and 232,329 shares on a
basis subject to reduction.
Note : the BSA (ISIN FR0012868958) attached to the new shares will not be subject to a listing
request on MARCHE LIBRE.
II - Scale for allotment to subscribers on a basis subject to reduction of their entitlement
The new shares which have not been subscribed by the shareholders or transferees of preferential
subscription rights will be allotted to subscribers on a reducible basis by applying a ratio equal to 0,01213499
calculated on the basis of the number of rights upon which the subscription by irrevocable entitlement
was made without taking into account the fractions. The allotment could not exceed the number of shares
requested on a basis subject to reduction.
