Congress documents and badges
Congress documents should be collected on location at the welcome desk at Grand-Hotel
Suisse Majestic. Name badges must be worn visibly at all times during the congress and in the
exhibition area.
Certificate of attendance
A certificate of attendance will be distributed at the congress from Friday afternoon onwards.
This certificate will also facilitate to claim CME credits in your country.
Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits
The Swiss Pain Congress has CME approval for the official scientific programme. The
number of credits will be confirmed on the certificate of attendance.
About Montreux
Montreux is located between lake and mountains, called the Swiss Riviera. Montreux enjoys a
particularly mild an pleasant climate thanks to its privileged location on the shores of Lake
Geneva and at the foot of the Alps.
There are always something happening on the Swiss Riviera, whether it be the international
events punctuating the year: the Jazz Festival in July, the Septembre Musical in September,
the Festival du Rire and the Christmas Market in winter.
The fascinating landscape of the Swiss Riviera makes your stay unforgettable. The beautiful
terraced vineards of Lavaux, diving into the crystal blue waters of Lake Geneva, offering a

Located in the centre of Europe, Montreux is easily accessible by air (Geneva/Zurich), car or
train from all major European cities. Montreux is only 50 minutes away from the international
airport of Geneva, 2 hours from the international airport of Zurich. These airports have its
own trains station linked to (Berne), Lausanne, Montreux.

Information professionnelle abrégée de QUTENZATM
C: Patch cutané (280 cm2) contenant 179 mg de capsaïcine (8 % m/m). I: Traitement
des douleurs neuropathiques périphériques chez les adultes non diabétiques, seul ou
en association avec d’autres médicaments antidouleur. Pos: QUTENZATM doit être
appliqué sur les régions cutanées les plus douloureuses (max. 4 patchs). La région
d’application peut être prétraitée par un anesthésique topique ou le patient peut
recevoir un antalgique par voie orale avant de placer les patchs de QUTENZATM.
QUTENZATM peut être coupé aux dimensions et à la forme de la région à traiter et doit
être appliqué pendant 30 minutes aux pieds (ex. NA-VIH) et 60 minutes à d’autres
endroits du corps (ex. NPH). Les traitements par QUTENZATM peuvent être répétés tous
les 90 jours. QUTENZATM doit être appliqué par un médecin ou un professionnel de
la santé sous la supervision d’un médecin. CI: Hypersensibilité à la substance active
ou à l’un des excipients. Préc: Les professionnels des soins de santé doivent porter des
gants en nitrile lorsqu’ils manipulent les patchs et nettoient les régions traitées. Le port
d’un masque et de lunettes de protection doit également être envisagé. QUTENZATM
ne doit être utilisé que sur une peau sèche et intacte (non lésée) et jamais sur le visage,
ni au-dessus de la ligne des cheveux du cuir chevelu, ni à proximité de muqueuses.
Eviter de toucher involontairement les patchs et autre matériel ayant touché les régions
traitées. Les réactions locales au niveau du site d’application, tels que brûlure, douleur,
érythème et prurit sont fréquentes voire très fréquentes. De plus, des cas de brûlures
au second degré ont été rapportés. EI: Les réactions indésirables sont passagères,
disparaissent spontanément et sont en général d’intensité légère à modérée. Les plus
couramment mentionnés étaient une douleur passagère (45.1%), un érythème
(42.9 %), un oedème, des vésicules, un gonflement, une sécheresse et un prurit au site
d’application. Prés: Kit contenant 1 ou 2 patch scellé individuellement et un tube (50 g)
