J'imagine que mon nom ne vous est pas étranger, et ce, pour des raisons très
précises. Le 28 janvier 2005, j'ai téléphoné à Bernard Vergnes pour lui
demander de l'aide. Je ne pouvais plus supporter le harcèlement que je
subissais depuis que Michel Lacombe m'avait rappelée le 28 octobre 1997,
suite à un message laissé la veille.
J'ai connu Michel en 1989. Je suis restée employée un mois à la hot line
après avoir fait un stage de 8 mois à mi-temps dans l'équipe d'Ana de
Maria. Recrutée en son absence par Christian Boyer, son supérieur, j'ai très
vite su à son retour qu'elle était déterminée à se débarrasser de moi. Depuis
qu'elle dirigeait son équipe, aucune femme n'y avait été recrutée. Le dernier
jour de ma période d'essai, alors que j'étais en formation à l'extérieur, elle
m'a fait venir pour me demander de signer une prolongation, ce que j'ai
refusé, du fait du stage effectué, du bilan de compétences Alpha CDI que j'ai

encore. Je savais qu'elle me demanderait de partir la semaine suivante. Face
à mon refus, elle est allée chercher la responsable des ressources humaines,
et les deux ont tenté de me faire plier, en vain. Après mon départ, le soir, elle
a fait signer mon licenciement à Michel.
C'est le lendemain que j'ai eu avec lui un entretien des plus marquants,
après que Bernard Vergnes m'a adressée à lui, comme je lui avais demandé
de me recevoir pour évoquer la situation. Sans la qualité de contact
expérimentée ce 6 décembre 1989, je n'aurais certainement pas pensé à
appeler Michel le 27 octobre 1997, alors que je cherchais une solution,
malade, et sans plus d'emploi.
Je me souviens encore de ma surprise le lendemain, quand décrochant mon
téléphone, j'ai entendu son nom. Je n'attendais pas un rappel aussi rapide. A
nouveau, la qualité d'échange m'a menée à lui exposer aussi clairement que
je le pouvais ma situation, qui était complexe. Il m'a quittée sur «je ne suis
pas magicien, si je trouve une solution, je te rappelle». Sans doute
décontenancé par la description faite d'un besoin de travailler à domicile
parce qu'épuisée. Je ne savais pas que ma fatigue était causée par une
tuberculose logée dans ma lymphe, et dans ma lymphe seulement.
Tout ça, vous le savez, je pense. Comme vous savez que le 28 octobre, jour de
son rappel, est la date anniversaire de Bill Gates. Vous savez aussi le sort qui
m'a été réservé après, les violences endurées, les tentatives de suicide,
l'absence totale d'aide. J'ai encore le courrier reçu de Brigitte Lacombe le 3
décembre 2002 m'annonçant les problèmes de santé de son époux. Puis les
notes griffonnées en février parce que je ne comprenais rien. Mon
ordinateur était toujours piraté, comme il l'était depuis que je m'étais mise
à écrire au clavier plus qu'au papier, mais le mode avait changé. J'ai appelé
Microsoft où l'on m'a appris le décès de Michel, et je me suis sentie très
coupable de n'avoir pas plus supporté ces intrusions que le besoin pressant
qu'elles occasionnaient de chercher à les comprendre. Quand c'était
insupportable, j'écrivais des commentaires violents destinés à celui qui le
faisait. J'ai écrit à Bernard avec qui j'avais un bon contact. Il m'a rappelée,
et j'ai eu avec lui plusieurs échanges téléphoniques jusqu'en juin 2010. Le 28
janvier 2005, il me disait ne plus être chez Microsoft depuis deux ans, ne
plus avoir de contact, puis devant mon insistance, et un malaise évident,
s'engageait à appeler un responsable pour s'informer.

Le 31 janvier 2005, vous annonciez par mail interne la «démission» de
Christophe Aulnette qui est parti chez Altran -chez qui j'hésitais à aller
quand j'ai choisi de venir chez Microsoft- dont l'image, alors était
désastreuse. Il n'y est pas resté deux ans.
Je sais que Bill Gates a les enregistrements de deux conversations des 28
octobre 1997 et 28 ou 29 janvier 2005.
Je sais aussi ce qu'il a dû endurer, en même temps que moi, toutes ces
années, et j'imagine ce que votre silence a dû lui faire. J'étais en danger, un
danger délibérément conçu et sans cesse renouvelé. Pas un acte ne fut posé
par quiconque pour m'aider. Je comprends que le départ de Christophe
Aulnette a dû en choquer plus d'un. J'ai du mal à concevoir une telle absence
de soutien à l'égard d'un homme sans lequel vous n'auriez pas fait carrière.
Ce qu'on ne peut faire seul, on peut le tenter en fédérant, et quand on sait
ses appels enregistrés, rien n'empêche de parler en se promenant. Pas un
geste n'a été posé. Peut-être me suis-je ratée parce que je m'y suis mal prise.
Peut-être parce que je suis plus solide que je ne le pensais. Les jours d'après
tentative de suicide, il faut les avoir vécus pour avoir une idée de leur
horreur. Se réveiller alors qu'on était sûre que le supplice était fini fait très
mal. Dans ces moments là, par deux fois, des actes ont été posés pour me
pousser à parfaire mon acte. Bill Gates savait ça. La dernière fois, fin janvier
2008, c'est allé jusqu'à le faire un jour où il était à Paris.
Je me suis souvent demandé ce que ces hommes et femmes qui lui doivent
leur carrière et qui étaient au courant pensaient dans ces moments. Le
prenaient-ils pour un animal, pour une brute épaisse incapable de rien
ressentir ? Et si ce n'est pas le cas, comment ont-ils pu ne rien faire ? Je pose
la question parce qu'une telle inaction m'est totalement étrangère. Je ne sais
pas être témoin d'une violence inacceptable sans tenter par quelque moyen
d'y mettre fin.
Ce ne fut pas fait.
Le 6 juin dernier, PRISM était lancé. Le 6 juin 2007, il m'a été fait une de
ces violences qui m'étaient désormais réservées, et pas n'importe laquelle.
J'ai pensé PRISM conçu pour atteindre publiquement Bill Gates, comme
une énième tentative. De ce fait, j'ai posté plusieurs billets de blog sur le

sujet, et notamment un le 16 juillet, intitulé «Bill Gates et Steve Ballmer,
deux hommes que tout oppose ». Le 23 août l'annonce de la démission de
Steve Ballmer était faite, le 27 septembre, il faisait ses adieux. Et le 2
octobre, la presse lançait une de ces sordides campagnes de diffamation
dont elle a le secret contre Bill Gates.
Trop. Là, c'était vraiment trop. Il était évident que je n'allais pas me taire.
Mon choix a été de transférer un mail adressé à des spécialistes de la
psychopathie le 1° août dernier pour les informer de la situation aux
membres du Conseil d'Administration de Microsoft, puis aux actionnaires
dont j'ai trouvé le format email (quasiment la totalité des institutionnels), à
Reuters, à Heidrick & Struggles, à l'équipe de Direction de Microsoft. J'ai
informé de ces envois transférés les destinataires des mails initiaux.
Le 28 octobre prochain Bill Gates fêtera ses 58 ans. Je lui souhaite de tout
cœur de reprendre une place qu'il n'a cédée que contraint par des
manœuvres sordides que j'aspire à voir publiquement exposées à titre
d'exemple. Que l'on sache que si harceler est possible dans une mesure
inconcevable par un esprit sain, il est aussi possible de se retrouver
publiquement confronté à ce que l'on a fait.
Je vous demande, ne serait-ce que par reconnaissance pour la carrière que
vous n'auriez pas faite s'il n'avait pas fondé Microsoft d'exprimer
publiquement l'importance qu'a le fait qu'il reprenne sa place.
Je me permettrai de poster cette lettre sur mes blogs, considérant ce qui
m'est arrivé et ce qui est arrivé à Bill Gates comme des agressions qui
doivent être connues, que l'on sache que quand la presse tire à boulets
rouges sur une personne, il y a tout lieu de se méfier.

Dear Madam, dear Misters,
I wrote to Microsoft's board members, to every shareholder and Reuters,
and notice today I did not write to Heidrick and Struggles which is also
concerned by my testimony. I apologize for this forgetting.
I red at the end of August that H&S was chosen to search a new CEO for
Microsoft, and I must recognize I was surprised. The best one is evidently
Bill Gates. There is no doubt on the subject. The reason why I sent these
emails is, as already exposed to the ones I have the good email address -at
the exclusion of Steve Ballmer for his unacceptable behaviour- I have been
harassed during sixteen years in the aim to disqualify Bill Gates. This is
exposed in the mails I transfer, and I wrote to all the persons who received
them in August, informing them of these new mails in MSFT context.
As I was harassed, Bill Gates was too, and in quite a harsch way. I shall
never shut up on the subject, and my silence is not on sale. What has been
conceived and done should be exposed behind a Court. It should be judged.
The less that can be done -and that has to be done- today is to give back
Mister Gates his place as CEO he would never have left without these
incredible methods.
The harassment began on the 28th of October 1997, which is Bill Gates's
birthday. I wish to see him again as MS CEO on the 28th of October 2013.

I red all the articles which were written since two days on Bill Gates and felt
very ashamed. I choose to communicate you a mail I first addressed to
Robert Hare and Paul Babiak who are psychopathy's specialists because I
thought it was necessary to go through the harassment I describe -I then
transfered it to others professionnal ; it would be unfair in my opinion, not
to inform you, because of the involvements. The right moment seems to be
now.
I use the mail form which existed when I worked in Microsoft, and ignore
who will receive this mail. Steve Ballmer won't receive it, for I think he is
culprit for the 16 years of harassment I experienced.
I wish you shall understand my aim which is very clear ; I feel unbearable
what has been written. It is defamation.

I feel as facing a situation which concerns the whole world. It happened to me, it could have happened to
someone else. The point is such a thing reveals our world is in a huge danger, maybe the one Aaron Russo
spoke of before dying. This is a collective problem. What was organised to harass Bill Gates is
unacceptable.
I lived about 16 years knowing people had access to my intimacy in the aim to destroy Mister Gates.
The answer must be collective and public. It is in this Society it happened. I did all what I could in France,
obtained no justice. The CEDH did not even examine my request, and the PDF I join is a clear proof. They

I am french and not fluent English, but I shall try to explain the most clearly possible the reason why I think
you can help me.
I saw "I am fishead", and feel very concerned by what is explained on Connected the book and on the
inequality in wealth. I know for sure of harassment existing in the 1% which are not all on the same line. Bill
Gates is harassed since years and I was used to disqualify him publicly.
I worked in 1989 in Microsoft at the hot-line, desiring to transit to commercial. It was not possible. I then
worked by the biggest client of MS. On June the 12th of 1990, I was at a products presentation in Paris. All
the computer CEO were there, because Bill Gates was too.
As I spoke with a colleague, he looked aside, appeared very disturbed and let me alone in the middle of the
space. I went away. This evening, I was much more looked at than ever, and shy with that. The day after I
knew my colleague left me because Bill Gates was coming with Michel Lacombe french CEO of MS
France. I did not even see them, only understood someone was coming.
Years after, I was ill, not diagnosed, I had tuberculosis in my lymph. I phoned Michel Lacombe who was at
the time MS EMEA CEO on the 27th of October 1997. The day after he called me back. I hadn't spoken
with him since 1991, but felt in great confidence with him. We had a very human exchange during quite a

time. I asked him for a job I could do at home because I was so tired, and told him doctors thought it was
because of the many abuses I faced as a child. I only knew in May 1998 I had tuberculosis which was the
reason of this fatigue.
The day after, I knew the phone call I had with my mother was listened because the same thing which
occurred when we were listened to at the MS hot line happened. Silence on a side, occupied on the other.
Since this day, I have been very severely harassed, and from 1998 to 2008, thought a bipolar one was after
me, necessarily from MS because what happened needed a huge power, and only in MS I met persons
having this power.
I write each day. It is my adaptation to my memory troubles. This helps me to remember. When I looked
back again and again at my diary, trying to find what happened first, I saw the date Michel Lacombe
phoned me back : it was Bill Gates birthday. By the way Michel Lacombe died on the 21st of 2003. His
wife wrote me on the 2nd of December 2002 he was ill. I then had contacts with Bernard Vergnes who
created MS France with Michel Lacombe in 1983, MS Europe, and MS EMEA. I told him about the
harassment which occurred in all the possible ways together using medias, movies, public administrations,
my bank account... On the 28th of January 2005, he told me he shall phone an MS CEO -he had left MS in
2003-. On the 31st, Christophe Aulnette who was MS France CEO and MS EMEA vice president
resigned by mail. It never happened before. I think he told Bernard Vergnes about who harassed me and
why. The last time I had Bernard on the phone was June 2010.
The harassment was terrible and I tried to commit suicide many times though I never did before, and
stopped in 2008 as I finally understood not only one person was connected to my computer among other
places but two connections did exist, one helpful, the other psychopathic. I could not understand what
happened neither find a way to stop it. Two Doctors accepted to look at the proofs I finally succeeded to
have and told the problem was not on my side.
I began a blog in November 2008. It was the solution I found to try to understand what happened to me
and make it known by other persons than the ones who were active. I wrote to Bill Gates many times on the
subject, told him I shall post the mail on my blog, and take it away if he asked me what he never did.
Finally my understanding is that Rothschilds wanted him to let Steve Ballmer as MS CEO. They wanted OS
wide open to control all computers in the world.
The game was something like "look this stupid guy, he pays attention on a girl who can't live
correctly...proof, she finally committed suicide".
I frequented many writing workshops and was recognized as having qualities. The texts I wrote appeared
with very slight modifications in medias, pub...this disturbed me very much. I could not understand the aim.
If you clic here, you shall see that in France, when you google Bill Gates'news, you find texts I wrote on
what happened to me and to him because I think he is having hard time. Even there struggle exist. I have a
mediapart blog and till the 30th I could post texts. They took me this opportunity away. Very little time after
I wrote a text on Bill Gates, it appeared in his news. I join a PDF to show. The struggle is to write another
text to hide mines.
I am writing you to inform, and to ask for help. I am looking for a very good lawyer to go through this
situation which must be publicly exposed and stopped.

I think I gave all info I can, and wish you will help me. I have a request against Israël at the ICC. In 2008, as
