- Linear transfer fitted out with „free running“ pallets.
- Automatic loading of a pre-moulded plate.
- Unshunting control through a dielectrical test.
- Automatic feeding, loading and welding of two
terminals.
- Assembling of several electronic components on
the plate, with :
* Step by step feeding.
* Cutting to the required length.
* Bending.
* Feeding in welding position.
* Resistance welding.
- Welding process achieved by several 1000 Hz
medium frequency power sources; each of them
achieving 2400 welds / hour, divided in two
stations.
- Welding heads type RPB 30, equipped with :
