La seule garantie, exprimée ou sous-entendue, est une garantie d’un an applicable sur la fabrication et le matériel.
Cette garantie ne s’applique pas sur les dommages résultants de la négligence, d’un bris accidentel ou intentionnel, l’usure normale du produit, l’utilisation inappropriée du produit, les
réparations sans autorisation, l’exposition du produit à une chaleur ou une humidité extrême, toute modification ou utilisation abusive du produit.
Les réparations ou le remplacement en référence à cette garantie limitée seront effectué(es) par un distributeur autorisé Bélanger Laminés VT, si possible, le même distributeur de qui le
produit a été acheté.
Si toutefois le représentant du distributeur ou de l’usine de fabrication constatait que le produit est conforme et sans anomalie, tous les frais d’emballage et d’expédition demeureront la
responsabilité du client.
Si vous aviez de la difficulté à rejoindre un distributeur, nous vous invitons à communiquer avec le Service à la Clientèle chez Bélanger Laminés VT, 1435 Joliot-Curie, Boucherville, QC
J4B 7M4 pour obtenir les coordonnées du distributeur autorisé le plus près de votre localité.
La couverture de cette garantie est limitée, selon l’option de Bélanger Laminés VT de réparer ou remplacer le produit (ou un même type de produit de qualité égale si le produit à
remplacer est discontinué), 90 jours après la réception écrite de la recommandation du distributeur, à la condition qu’aucune des exceptions mentionnées plus haut ne soit évidente.
Bélanger Laminés VT ne sera pas responsable de perte ou dommage provenant de l’usure, ou de dommages indirects. Cette garantie permet certains droits légaux pouvant varier d’un
état à l’autre.
The only warranty, expressed or implied, is a 1-year guarantee against defect in workmanship and material.
This warranty does not apply to damages which may result from neglect, accidental or intentional damage, damage or wear to any swivel mechanism, normal wear and tear, misuse of
product, unauthorized repair, exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, and alteration or abuse of the product. Wood products ordered ‘unfinished’ do not come with a warranty.
Repairs or replacement under this limited warranty will be made through an authorized Belanger Laminates VT distributor, if possible, the same dealer/distributor from which the product
was purchased. Should the dealer or factory representative find return of the product to the factory necessary, all packing and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If a
dealer/distributor is not available, contact the Customer Service Department at Belanger Laminates VT, 1435 Joliot Curie, Boucherville, Québec J4B 7M4 for the name and location of the
nearest authorized distributor.
Factory obligation under this warranty, is limited, at the option of Belanger Laminates VT to repair or replacement of the product (or one of equal type and quality if the product is no longer
available), within 90 days after receipt of written recommendation from the dealer, provided none of the above exceptions are evident.
Belanger Laminates VT shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use, or for consequential damages. This warranty gives certain legal rights and there may be other rights
that vary from state to state
Soins
L'acier inoxydable de Bélanger est durable, et son apparence peut être prolongé, si les soins appropriéé et l'entretien lui sont fournis.
1) Maintenez l'article propre. NE LAISSEZ PAS de liquides sur l'acier inoxydable pendant des périodes prolongées. NE LAISSEZ PAS de particules de nourriture,
saleté, ou autres corps étrangers en contact avec l'acier inoxydable pendant des périodes prolongées. Garder l'acier inoxydable propre décourage la croissance
bactérienne.
2) Il est recommandé que Belanger, Dow fantastique ou en verre plus soit employé avec une serviette de papier en nettoyant l'acier inoxydable. N'EMPLOYEZ
PAS un décapant abrasif ! Ceci rayera la surface du métal. N'employez pas de produit comme la laine en acier qui peut laisser des particules de métal et de
carbone sur la surface, ce qui pourrait apparaître comme de la rouille plus tard. L'acier inoxydable de type 304 NE ROUILLERA PAS même les conditions
ci-dessus ne peuvent faire apparaître la rouille sur l'acier inoxydable. Ce n'est pas l'acier inoxydable mais plutôt souillure sur la surface de l'acier inoxydable qui
rouille. SI UN AGENT DE BLANCHIMENT au CHLORE EST EMPLOYÉ, IL DOIT ÊTRE COMPLÈTEMENT ENLEVÉ EN RINÇANT IMMÉDIATEMENT AVEC DE
L'EAU. Si des chlorures sont laissés sur l'acier inoxydable, ils peuvent tourner en tache de rouille.
Care
Belanger stainless steel is durable, and can be long lasting, if proper care and maintenance is provided.
1) Keep item clean. DO NOT allow liquids to stand on stainless for prolonged periods. DO NOT allow food particles, dirt, or other foreign matter to
stay in contact with stainless for prolonged periods. Keeping the stainless steel clean assists in the deterring of bacterial growth.
2) It is recommended that Belanger, Dow Fantastic or Glass Plus be used with a paper towel when cleaning the stainless steel. DO NOT USE an
abrasive cleaner! This will scratch the surface of the metal. Do not use steel wool products as it can leave behind carbon metal particles on the
surface of the stainless and appear as rust later. Type 304 stainless steel WILL NOT rust but either of the above conditions can cause rust to
appear on the stainless steel. It is not the stainless steel but rather the contaminates on the surface of the stainless steel that is rusting. IF
CHLORINE BLEACH IS USED, IT MUST BE THOROUGHLY RINSED OFF IMMEDIATELY WITH WATER as chlorides left on the stainless can
turn to rust spots or pits on the surface of the stainless steel.
