1911 : Sir Arnold Lunn invented the «Roberts of
Kandahar Challenge » in Crans-Montana, the first
Alpine skiing downhill in history. February 2012:
Crans-Montana is hosting two events of the Men’s
World Cup.
Between these two dates, Crans-Montana has
become a must for all sport and important downhill
events. With its 14 0km of marked pistes, 27 ski
lifts, the Snowpark.
