PER OTTENERE IL MASSIMO DELLE PRESTAZIONI È INDISPENSABILE CHE MOTORE E CICLISTICA SIANO IN CONDIZIONI OTTIMALI.

Cilindro: in ghisa “MlNACROM” (additivata al cromo).
ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO
ATTENZIONE: è possibile montare questo cilindro solo con la testa
Top Performances.
Biella: dopo avere smontato il cilindro, verificare lo stato della biella.
Provando a muoverla verticalmente, non deve essere rilevato alcun
gioco. Il movimento laterale di oscillazione non deve essere superiore
a 0,7 mm.
Pulizia: eseguire una pulizia accurata prima del montaggio, facendo
attenzione a lubrificare le scanalature degli anelli, la sede dello
spinotto e le pareti del cilindro prima di procedere al montaggio.
Pistone: attenzione, il cielo del pistone è contrassegnato da una
freccia che indica la posizione dello scarico.
Testa: montare la candela con filetto lungo e grado termico B9ES.
Smontare il manometro di temperatura per montarlo sulla testa
Top Performances. Se il sistema di raffreddamento è dotato di
termostato per la temperatura, è consigliabile rimuoverlo.
Importante: prima di procedere al montaggio della testa,
consigliamo di applicare un po’ di silicone o del “sigillante universale
per guarnizioni” alla base della testa. Al momento del fissaggio della
testa, serrare le viti progressivamente seguendo un percorso a croce.
Se si possiede una chiave dinamometrica, la coppia di serraggio
delle viti deve essere compresa tra 1,8 e 2 kgm. Dopo aver percorso
circa 100 km, è necessario procedere ad un nuovo serraggio delle
viti della testa a motore freddo.
Manicotti: posizionare i manicotti
dell’acqua presenti su testa e cilindro.
In caso di montaggio su SENDA R 6V
o su GPR, occorre tagliare il manicotto
pompa-cilindro, come indicato in figura,
per consentire un montaggio corretto.
Lubrificazione: in caso di preparazione precedente della miscela,
utilizzare olio 100% sintetico.
Molle frizione: in ragione della potenza ottenuta, consigliamo di
sostituire le molle della frizione montate di serie con quelle fornite
assieme al kit.

non verrà usato alla massima velocità.

CONSIGLI
Per il miglior rendimento del motore, Vi consigliamo di usare lubrificanti
di qualità.
• Stoccare l’olio motore usato in un contenitore dotato di tappo di
chiusura. Non miscelare l’olio usato con altre sostanze come fluidi
antigelo o di trasmissione.
• Tenere lontano dalla portata dei bambini e da fonti di calore.
• Portare l’olio usato presso un centro di smaltimento: la maggior
parte delle stazioni di servizio, officine di riparazione e lubrificazione
rapida ritirano gratuitamente gli oli esausti.
• Si consiglia l’utilizzo di guanti resistenti agli idrocarburi.

FOREWORD
TO OBTAIN UTMOST PERFORMANCES, IT IS ABSOLUTELY
NECESSARY THAT ENGINE AND CHASSIS BE IN PERFECT
CONDITION.

Cylinder: made of “MINACROM” chrome-added cast iron.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: Fit this cylinder to Top Performances cylinder head
only.
Connecting Rod: disassemble the cylinder and make sure that the
connecting rod is in good conditions. Move the connecting rod up and
down; no clearance should be measured. Side oscillation movement
should never exceed 0.7 mm.
Cleaning: perform accurate cleaning before assembly. Lubricate ring
grooves, gudgeon pin seat and cylinder walls.
Piston: warning, the piston crown is marked with an arrow showing
the exhaust position.
Head: fit the long-thread spark plug - heat rating B9ES. Remove the
temperature gauge and fit it on the Top Performances head. If
the cooling system features temperature thermostat, it should be
removed first.
Important: before assembling the head, apply some silicone or
“universal gasket sealant” on the head bottom. To secure the head,
tighten the screws crosswise and gradually. When using a torque
wrench, tightening torque should be between 1.8-2 kgm. After
running approx. 100 km, let the engine to cool down and tighten head
screws again.
Water Couplings: properly fit head and
cylinder water couplings.
For proper assembly on SENDA R 6V or
GPR, pump-cylinder coupling shall be
cut, as shown in the figure.
Lubrication: when mixture has already
been prepared, use 100% synthetic oil.
Clutch Springs: according to the required power, standard clutch
springs should be replaced using the ones supplied with the kit.

TIPS
To ensure the best engine performance, we recommend using highquality lubricants.
• Store used engine oil in a vessel with sealing cap. Do not mix used
oil with any other substance such as antifreeze or transmission fluids.
• Keep away from children and any heat source.
• Bring used oil to an authorised waste disposal company: most
service stations, repair and quick-lubrication garages usually take
in used oil for free.
• We recommend using hydrocarbon-resistant gloves.

INSTRUCTIONS CONCERNANT LE MONTAGE
ATTENTION : ce cylindre ne doit être monté qu’avec la culasse Top
Performances.
Bielle : après avoir démonté le cylindre, vérifier l’état de la bielle.
Si on la déplace à la verticale, elle ne doit présenter aucun jeu. Le
mouvement latéral d’oscillation ne doit pas être supérieur à 0,7 mm.
Nettoyage : avant de procéder au montage, exécuter un nettoyage
soigné, en veillant à lubrifier les rainures des segments, le logement
du goujon et les parois du cylindre.
Piston : attention, la tête du piston est marquée par une flèche
indiquant la position de l’échappement.
Culasse : monter la bougie avec filet long et degré thermique B9ES.
Démonter l’indicateur de température pour le monter sur la culasse
Top Performances. Si le système de refroidissement est doté
d’un thermostat pour la température, il est conseillé de l’enlever.
Important : avant de procéder au montage de la culasse, il est
conseillé d’appliquer un peu de silicone ou de la “pâte à joints
universelle” à la base de la culasse. Lors de la fixation de la culasse,
serrer les vis progressivement, en suivant un parcours à croix. Si on
a recours à une clé dynamométrique, le couple de serrage des vis
doit être compris entre 1,8 et 2 kgm. Après avoir parcouru environ
100 km, il est nécessaire de procéder à un nouveau serrage des vis
de la culasse le moteur froid.
Manchons : Placer les manchons de
l’eau présents sur la culasse et le cylindre.
En cas de montage sur SENDA R 6V
ou sur GPR, il faut couper le manchon
pompe-cylindre, suivant la description
sur la figure, pour permettre un montage
parfait.
Lubrification : en cas de préparation précédente du mélange, se
servir d’une huile 100% synthétique.
Ressorts Embrayage : en raison de la puissance obtenue, il est
conseillé de remplacer les ressorts de l’embrayage montés de série
par ceux qui sont livrés avec le kit.

La performance optimale de ce kit est assurée, si pour les 300
premiers kilomètres, il ne sera pas utilisé à grande vitesse.

CONSEILS
Pour une performance optimale du moteur, nous Vous conseillons
d’utiliser des lubrifiants de qualité.
• Stocker l’huile moteur usagée dans un conteneur pourvu de bouchon
de fermeture. Ne pas mélanger l’huile usagée avec d’autres fluides
antigel ou de transmission.
• Conserver hors de la portée des enfants et à l’écart des sources de
chaleur.
• Porter l’huile usagée auprès d’un centre préposé à l’évacuation :
la plupart des stations-service, des ateliers de réparation et de
graissage rapide retirent les huiles usagées à titre gratuit.
• Il est recommandé d’utiliser des gants de protection contre les
hydrocarbures.

INSTRUCCIONES DE MONTAJE
ATENCIÓN: es posible montar este cilindro solo con la culata Top
Performances.
Biela: tras haber desmontado el cilindro, verificar el estado de la
biela. Al intentar moverla verticalmente no se debería detectar algún
juego. El movimiento lateral de oscilación no debe ser superior a 0,7
mm.
Limpieza: realizar una cuidadosa limpieza antes del montaje,
prestando atención a lubricar las acanaladuras de los anillos, el
alojamiento del bulón y las paredes del cilindro antes del montaje.
Pistón: atención, el cielo del pistón está marcado por una flecha
que indica la posición del escape.
Culata: montar la bujía con rosca larga y grado térmico B9ES.
Desmontar el manómetro de temperatura y montarlo en la culata
Top Performances. Si el sistema de refrigeración cuenta con un
termostato para la temperatura, se recomienda quitarlo.
Importante: antes de montar la culata, se recomienda aplicar un
poco de silicona o de “sellador universal para juntas” en la base de la
culata. Cuando sea el momento de fijar la culata, ajustar los tornillos
progresivamente en forma de cruz. Si se cuenta con una llave
dinamométrica, el par de apriete de los tornillos debe ser de entre
1,8 y 2 kgm. Tras haber recorrido unos 100 km, es necesario realizar
un nuevo ajuste de los tornillos de la culata con el motor en frío.
Manguitos: colocar los manguitos
del gua presentes en la culata y en el
cilindro.
En caso de montaje en SENDA R 6V
o en GPR, cortar el manguito bombacilindro como indica la figura para
montar correctamente.
Lubricación: en caso de preparación antecedente de la mezcla,
utilizar aceite 100% sintético.
Muelles embrague: en razón de la potencia obtenida, se
recomienda sustituir los muelles de embrague montados de serie
con los suministrados junto al kit.

Si durante los primeros 300 km no se utiliza a la máxima velocidad,
este kit proporcionará un óptimo rendimiento.

RECOMENDACIONES
Para un mejor rendimiento del motor, recomendamos utilizar
lubrificantes de buena calidad.
• Almacenar el aceite motor utilizado en un contenedor con tapón
de cierre. No mezclar el aceite usado con otras sustancias, como
fluidos antihielo o de transmisión.
• Mantener fuera del alcance de los niños y lejos de fuentes de calor.
• Llevar el aceite usado a un centro de reciclaje: la mayoría de las
estaciones de servicio, talleres de reparación y de lubricación rápida
lo retiran de manera gratuita.
• Se recomienda el uso de guantes resistentes a los hidrocarburos.

MONTAGEANLEITUNG
ACHTUNG: Dieser Zylinder kann ausschließlich in Verbindung mit
dem Top Performances Zylinderkopf montiert werden.
Pleuel: nach dem Ausbau des Zylinders, den Zustand des Pleuels
überprüfen. Dazu versuchen es auf der Senkrechten zu bewegen,
dabei darf kein Spiel erfasst werden. Die seitliche Oszillation darf
nicht über 0,7 mm resultieren.
Reinigung: Vor der Montage ist eine sorgfältige Reinigung erforderlich,
wobei darauf zu achten ist, dass zuvor die Nuten in den Ringen, der
Sitz des Kolbenrings und die Zylinderwände geschmiert werden.
Kolben: Achtung - der Kolbenboden ist mit einem Pfeil versehen,
der die Position des Auslasses angibt.
Zylinderkopf: Die Zündkerze mit langem Gewinde und Wärmegrad
B9ES montieren. Das Temperaturmanometer ausbauen und es am Top
Performances-Zylinderkopf montieren. Verfügt das Kühlsystem
über einen Temperaturthermostat, empfiehlt es sich, diesen zu entfernen.
Wichtig: Vor der Montage des Zylinderkopfs empfehlen wir, etwas
Silikon oder eine Schicht „Universal-Dichtmasse für Dichtungen” auf
den Zylinderkopffuß aufzutragen. Bei Befestigung des Zylinderkopfs
die Schrauben über Kreuz und progressiv anziehen. Steht eine
Drehmomentenschlüssel zur Verfügung, muss der Anzugsmoment
der Schrauben zwischen 1,8 und 2 kgm liegen. Nach einer Strecke von
ungefähr 100 km ist ein erneuter Anzug der Zylinderkopfschrauben
bei kaltem Motor erforderlich.
Muffen:
Die
Wassermuffen
am
Zylinderkopf und am Zylinder anordnen.
Bei einer Montage am SENDA R 6V
oder am GPR muss die Muffe zwischen
Pumpe und Zylinder wie abgebildet
aufgeschnitten werden, um eine korrekte
Montage zu ermöglichen.
Schmierung: Sollte die Mischung schon im Voraus vorbereitet
werden, ist 100% Synthetiköl zu verwenden.
Kupplungsfedern: Infolge der erzielten Leistung empfehlen wir,
die serienmäßig montierten Kupplungsfedern durch die im Kit
enthaltenen zu ersetzen.

Die optimale Leistung dieses Kits kann erzielt werden, wenn es auf den
ersten 300 km nicht mit der maximalen Geschwindigkeit genutzt wird.

EMPFEHLUNGEN

Hitzequellen lagern.
• Das Altöl in ein Entsorgungszentrum bringen: die meisten Tankstellen,
Reparatur- und Schnellservicewerkstätten nehmen Altöl kostenlos
entgegen.
