André Vanden Camp will join Dexia as of December 1st 2009 as Chief Operating Officer. As a member of
the Executive Committee of Dexia Group he will manage the Operations, IT, Facility & Logistics and
Organization departments. André Vanden Camp will be replacing Marc Huybrechts, who left the Group.
André Vanden Camp started his career at the Brussels Stock Exchange. Five years later, he moved to the CIK
(Belgian Central Securities Depository - later part of Euroclear Bank). In 1999 he joined ING where he
successively executed the functions of Chief Information Officer ING Belgium, Chief Information Officer ING
South-West Europe, Chief Information Officer Wholesale Banking for the Group in combination with Member of
the Executive Board of ING Belgium SA. André Vanden Camp started in 2008 to work as an independant
consultant and is currently leading an assignment for AXA Belgium as well as for AXA Bank Europe.

André Vanden Camp rejoindra Dexia dès le 1er décembre 2009 en tant que Chief Operating Officer et
membre du Comité Exécutif du groupe, responsable des départements Operations, IT, Facility & Logistics
et Organization. André Vanden Camp remplace Marc Huybrechts, qui a quitté le groupe.
André Vanden Camp a débuté sa carrière à la Bourse de Bruxelles. Cinq ans plus tard, il est entré à la CIK
(Caisse Interprofessionnelle - qui a ensuite rejoint le giron de la banque Euroclear). En 1999, il a été engagé par
ING où il a successivement exercé les fonctions de Chief Information Officer pour ING Belgique, de Chief
Information Officer pour ING South-West Europe, de Chief Information Officer Wholesale Banking pour le groupe,
tout en étant membre du Comité de Direction d’ING Belgique SA. En 2008, André Vanden Camp est devenu
consultant indépendant et travaille actuellement pour AXA Belgique et AXA Banque Europe.

Op 1 december 2009 wordt André Vanden Camp bij Dexia aangesteld als Chief Operating Officer. Als lid
van het Uitvoerend Comité van de groep Dexia wordt hij verantwoordelijk voor de departementen
Operaties, IT, Facility & Logistics en Organisatie. André Vanden Camp vervangt Marc Huybrechts, die de
Groep verlaten heeft.
André Vanden Camp startte zijn loopbaan bij de Beurs van Brussel. Vijf jaar later verhuisde hij naar de Belgische
CIK (Interprofessionele Kas - later een onderdeel van Euroclear Bank). In 1999 maakte hij de overstap naar ING,
waar hij met succes achtereenvolgens de functies waarnam van Chief Information Officer ING Belgium, Chief
Information Officer ING South-West Europe en Chief Information Officer Wholesale Banking voor de groep, in
combinatie met zijn functie als lid van het Uitvoerend Comité van ING Belgium NV. Sinds 2008 is André Vanden
Camp werkzaam als zelfstandig consultant en momenteel onder andere actief voor AXA Belgium en AXA Bank
Europe.
