VENTURA
MACHINE A TEINDRE
A BAIN TRÈS COURT
ENTRAÎNEMENT PAR AIR
VENTURA est une machine de teinture,à rapport de bain très court (1:3
- 1:4), dans laquelle l’entraînement du tissu est réalisé seulement par
l’action de l’air, contenu à l’intérieur de la machine, mis en mouvement par un ventilateur installé dans la cuve et conduit dans un tunnel de transport où il entre en contact avec le tissu.
Cette machine est particulièrement destinée aux tissus chaîne
et trame et aux tricots ouverts nécessitant pour leur traitement une grande vitesse de défilement (microfibres polyester ou polyamide ou mélanges),
un écartement de la matière pour éviter les roulottages
(tissus contenant de grandes quantités de
lycra en chaîne et/ou en trame) ou une action vigoureuse de l’air (tissus et tricots en fibres
tencel, lyocell, cupro, polynosiques ...).
UNE TUYÈRE D’UNE GRANDE
EFFICACITÉ
Grâce à sa tuyère à air, fruit d’une longue expérience, la machine VENTURA permet de traiter sans
cassures les matières les plus sophistiquées et les
plus difficiles.
Cet objectif est obtenu en déplaçant les plis de la
matière à chaque rotation, avant son imprégnation
par le bain de teinture. Les tissus sont déplissés et
élargis par l’action de l’air. L’air utilisé étant celui de
l’espace intérieur de la machine, il est toujours dans
les mêmes conditions que la matière elle-même et
favorise la teinture des matières difficiles à unir.
UN ARROSAGE D’UNE GRANDE
DOUCEUR
VENTURA n’est pas une machine de type jet. La matière est entraînée par l’air contenu dans la machine et mis
en mouvement par un ventilateur ; elle est imprégnée par
un arrosage sur toute la largeur.
Grâce à une pompe délivrant un couple débit-pression optimal en fonction de la matière traitée et de la quantité à
teindre,VENTURA ménage en permanence la matière.

SHORT LIQUOR RATIO
DYEING MACHINE
FABRIC AIR DRIVE
VENTURA is a dyeing machine, with a short liquor ratio (1:3 - 1:4), in which high-speed
dyeing of the cloth is done in a transport nozzle in which arrives the air generated by a
blower installed inside the vessel.
This machine was designed for wovens and open width knits needing either high speed
treatment (polyester or polyamide microfibers or blends), or spreading-out of the cloth to
avoid creasing and curling edges (wovens with a high percentage of lycra in the wrap
and / or the weft) or a strong air-action (wovens ok knitted in a Tencel, lyocell, cupro,
and / or polynosic fibers ...).
A HIGH EFFICIENCY AIR BLOWING SYSTEM:
Due to its new air blowing system, the VENTURA machine dyes without any
crease the most sophisticated and difficult fabrics, by moving the cloth at
each rotation, so the cloth never stays in the same position.
The air used in the air blowing system for moving the cloth is the air
which is inside the body of the machine. So it is always in the same
conditions as the fabric itself and so promotes leveling of very difficult
dyeings.
A VERY SOFT WATERING:
VENTURA is not e jet dyeing machine.The cloth is driven by the
air which is inside the machine and moved by the blower and this
cloth is watered on its width.
Due to its very efficient pump, which always gives an ideal rate
between pressure and flow, according to fabric texture, dyestuff,
and chamber capacity, the fabrics dyed in a VENTURA machine are always handled with care.
