GUILLOTINE DAMPER RG 350
Application areas
RG 350 is a guillotine damper designed for
operations in hot gas and smoke ducts. Its
thickness between flanges is reduced to the
minimum possible. Its tightness is excellent.
• The basic model is designed for 350 °C
• Can resist up to 550 °C with some
adaptations.
Construction
• Fabricated body based on U folded sheet
forming two connecting flanges
• One deflector
• One blade
• Guiding of the blade between the
deflector and some supports
• One actuator support
• Inside / outside tightness by stuffing box
• Standard painting : one layer of primer ;
other systems on demand
• Optional protection guards

Guillotine dampers exist within a large variety of sizes and are
generally built to the customer’s dimensions. When possible, the
space constraints are taken into account.
