The European Union Delegation to the State of Israel invites you to an information day organised
in the framework of the above-mentioned call for proposals.
The Information Day is intended to provide information in relation to the Call for proposals, but
we are unable to give advice or opinion as to the eligibility or suitability of any applicant, activity
or project.
Potential applicants are strongly advised to participate to the information session, as the
procedures for applications have changed substantially in 2013.
The Information Day will be held in Tel Aviv on Thursday, 11 April 2013 from 10 am until 1
pm. Registration will begin at 9:45am.

The event will be held at Crowne Plaza – Tel Aviv City Center Hotel, Azrieli Center, 136
Menachem Begin Road, Tel Aviv.
Pre-registration is required by completing and returning by email or fax, the attached registration
form. Forms can be sent by email to [email protected] or by fax to 03 751 2003.
Please register by Friday the 5th of April 2013.
Strictly only one person per organization may attend.
Registration will be accepted on a first-come first-serve basis.
Do not contact the Delegation with inquiries about the Call for Proposal. The procedure for asking
questions is contained in section 2.2.4 of the Guidelines. In the interest of equal treatment of applicants, we
cannot give a prior opinion on the eligibility of an applicant, a partner, an action or specific activities.
