Immulab is dedicated to the control of serum dosage using the radial
immunodiffusion technique.
During diffusion, the serum to be dosed reacts with the antiserum to form a
circular precipitate.
Immulab automatically measures the two diameters of this precipitate.

The Immulab software
The Immulab software, which is perfectly integrated into the Windows
environment, provides automatic and semi-automatic measurements of the
diameters of each well after complete acquisition of the film with a scanner.

Acquisition
Management of the analysis takes into account all of the study
parameters.
Image acquisition is performed with a
high-resolution scanner. To improve
the detection sensitivity, the image of a
well can be acquired with a digital
camera.
The test information is kept in accordance with the recommendations
presented in Part 11 of the 21 CFR standard. The serum plate template
may be randomized.

Results
Report
The results can be exported in txt or csv format so
that they can be directly integrated into Excel
macros for test validity analysis.
The wells are automatically measured using a method adapted
to the staining, the contrast and the test sensitivity.
In difficult cases, the operator may modify the diameters which
are then indicated in a different color.
The results are integrated into a customizable report
with all of the test parameters and the image with the
measurement lines.
The software complies with the recommendations
presented in Part 11 of the 21 CFR standard. It has been
validated in several laboratories.
