Perched high in the Umbrian hills not far from Perugia and many of the area's historic
gems, a stylish 11th Villa and its private courtyard, beautifully renovated to satisfy the
most demanding guests.
You will make the most of this 1500 acres of private land, enjoying its walking and
biking trails, going berry and mushroom-picking, bird and animal watching ; the natural
reserve is rich of many wild animals, such as: foxes, pheasants, porcupines,
partridges, squirrels, wild boars, stannels, hares and grey harons.
The surroundings are completely rural and tranquil but Guests have the convenience
of the village, bar, shops, restaurants and sport centre being only five minutes drive
away. An excellent and challenging Golf course (18 hole), designed by Robert Trent
Jones jr., is only ten minutes drive away.
A lot of attention has also been put into external areas with panoramic terraces, al
fresco dining, manicured gardens, olive groves, an infinity pool with salt water
(chlorine free) and children's playground.
The villa enjoys all modern amenities and was renovated with great attention to
details, stylish interior design; with everything from high speed wireless internet, to
whirlpool bathtubs, air conditioning, panoramic dining veranda, ice maker and billiard.
