1 Pursuant to clause 44(1)(a)(i) and section 51 of The Cities Act the Minister of Government Relations having
consulted with the councils of the affected municipalities hereby orders:
(a) the boundaries of the Rural Municipality of Sherwood No. 159 and the City of Regina be altered by
withdrawing from the Rural Municipality and adding to the City the territory described in Schedule A;
(b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundaries of the City of Regina;
and
(c) the alterations shall take effect on and from January 1, 2014.

Pursuant to clause 14(2)(c) of The Pharmacy Act, 1996, the Regulatory Bylaws of the
Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists are amended as follows:
1 Subsection 11 of section 3 is repealed and the following substituted:
“3(11) Pursuant to subsection 17(1) of the Act, a student enrolled in a pharmacy degree program in a
jurisdiction other than Saskatchewan at which the pharmacy program is accredited by the Canadian Council
for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs (CCAPP) and is accepted by Council, may register as an intern in
Saskatchewan provided that the student:
(a) submits a statement from the head of the program to confirm his enrolment in the pharmacy
degree program and the year of the program he has completed;
(b) submits a statement from the program or pharmacy regulatory authority in the jurisdiction to
confirm:
(iii) his status as an intern where intern registration is required; and
(iv) that he is of good moral character; and
(c) completes the required application form and submits the required fee”.

Tous les documents qui paraîtront dans la Gazette de la Saskatchewan doivent être soumis électroniquement
