The successor of “Expensable” took its first step in IFS.
In an effort to standardize all of our future communication
tools, our new mission management tool and expense
reporting system came to life in the Agora workshops.
This new application will allow an easier and faster
management of mission orders and reimbursement of
expenses for the European employees. We built the
employees’ database that will be uploaded to Agora and
also took the opportunity to integrate all elements of our new
European travel policy.

Le successeur d’ORMICIS a fait ses premiers pas dans la
ronde IFS.
Dans un souci d’homogénéiser tous nos futurs moyens de
communication, notre nouvel outil de gestion des missions et
des notes de frais est entré dans la danse des ateliers Agora.
Cette nouvelle application nous permettra une gestion
plus simple et plus rapide des ordres de mission et des
remboursements de frais. Nous avons construit la base de
données du personnel qui sera transférée dans Agora. Nous
en profitons également pour intégrer tous les éléments de
notre nouvelle politique de voyage.
