Marty practises civil litigation and administrative law, appearing as counsel before all levels of courts, including Superior Court of Justice, Court of Appeal for Ontario, Federal Court of Canada, Federal Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada and regulatory bodies and alternate dispute resolution tribunals.
