Après vous être rendu sur notre plateforme de téléchargement, vous obtenez un fichier .dmg pour les Mac et un fichier .zip pour les PC. Pensez à faire une sauvegarde des fichiers téléchargés sur un CD, une clé, etc, ils vous seront nécessaires lors d’éventuelles réinstallations. Mac Lorsque votre fichier .dmg est téléchargé, double-­‐cliquez sur le fichier. Lorsque la fenêtre suivante apparaît, faites glisser l’icône EN dans le dossier Applications (NE PAS double-­‐cliquer sur l’icône EN) Après la copie des fichiers, allez dans le dossier Applications de votre Mac, sélectionnez le dossier EndNote, et lancez l’application Endnote.
Faites ensuite défiler les étapes d’installation, AUCUN product key ne vous sera demandé. Windows Lorsque votre fichier .zip est téléchargé, double-­‐cliquez sur le fichier. Cliquez sur extraire tous les fichiers (selon le programme que vous utilisez) Le dossier à extraire contient ces deux éléments : le package d’installation (msi) et votre fichier licence. Conservez ces deux fichiers dans un même dossier, et lancez le .msi

When you have downloaded your installation file from our platform, you should have a .dmg file for Mac and a .zip file for Windows. Please keep a backup copy of the file you downloaded on a CD, usb drive or any other support because you will need it for reinstallation. Mac Double-­‐clic on the dmg file downloaded. To install EndNote, simply drag the EndNote folder to the Application folder of your Mac. DO NOT double-­‐clic the Endnote icon Wait for the file to finish the copy, then go to the "Application" folder in your Mac and run Endnote.
The easiest way is to install Endnote with defaults settings, so you just need to clic on Next at each step, NO PRODUCT KEY will be requested. Windows Double-­‐clic on the zip file downloaded. You must extract all files from this zip file (there are several ways depending on the program you are using) You must unzip both items: the msi installation package and the license file. Keep both files in the same folder then double-­‐clic the msi to start the installation.
