The design and construction of custom residences and estates requires the skills and passion of
an experienced team of professionals. 4C Design Group was founded upon the premise that
timeless and enduring design reflects the successful integration of aesthetics, function and the
achievement of the clients objectives. 4C Design Group is a multi- disciplinary organization
composed of architects, and designers. Our design intensive approach embraces a
collaborative studio environment. Our architecture grows our of a search for unique, meaningful
solutions to each clientʼs program and site. A respect for and celebration of talent, experience,
and knowledge guides our collaborative approach and defines our work.

Adaptability is a must. 4C Design Group understands city agencies and codes. We have
special history of success with approvals and awards from communities throughout Los
Angeles, and Utah. Our experience with various Design review Boards, City Planning
Commissions and Departments of Building & Safety provides our clients with instant information
and simplifies the planning, approval and construction process.
HISTORY
4C Design Group was founded in 2003 by Steve Wunderlich and Solim Gasparik. The firm has
offices, located in Park City, Utah and Los Angeles, California.
4Cʼs portfolio has a diverse mix of completed residential and commercial projects. They have
achieved a loyal clientele in local Southern California neighborhoods such as Beverly Hills, Bel
Aire, Brentwood, Manhattan Beach, and the Pacific Palisades, and in Utah neighborhoods such
as Salt Lake, and Park City.
Supplementing the custom residential, and multi – family residential work is a portfolio of
commercial projects focused on restaurant and retail design. Successful completion of Fordʼs
Filling Station Restaurant, and the Rush Street Restaurant in Culver City, California have led to
restaurant and retail projects across the nation, including Comme Ca Restaurants, and The
Organic Pharmacy of London.
