National Inventory

Services de logement au Canada pour femmes aînées victimes de violence
En 2014, l’Atira Women’s Resource Society a commandé plus de 420 sondages téléphoniques auprès
de refuges et maisons de transition d’un bout à l’autre du Canada leur demandant s’ils voulaient être
inclus dans un inventaire pancanadien et un réseau d’organismes qui viennent en aide aux femmes
aînées victimes de violence. Cent quatre-vingt-treize organismes ont répondu et ont consenti à se voir
inscrits sur la liste. Cet inventaire vise à permettre aux fournisseurs de services de communiquer entre
eux et de partager des stratégies; il s’agit également d’une liste accessible aux femmes aînées qui ont
besoin de services de logement dans leur région.
