Fig. 1) Sezionare una porzione di materiale a secondo dellle necessità; le dimensioni indicative sono le seguenti:
per altoparlanti Ø 200 mm. = 250 x 250 mm. • Ø 160 mm. = 200 x 200 mm. • Ø 130 mm. = 160 x160 mm. • Ø 100 mm. = 130 x 130 mm.
Fig. 2) Asportare in corrispondenza del foro dellʼaltoparlante il materiale isolante presente allʼinterno della portiera (nylon o altro).

Fig. 4) Il materiale idrorepellente può essere sagomato in due diversi modi:
• Senza il foro centrale si adotta quando fra il magnete dellʼaltoparlante e il cristallo della portiera esiste una distanza di almeno 15 mm.
• Con il foro centrale, della dimensione del magnete, si adotta quando fra il magnete dellʼaltoparlante e il cristallo della portiera esiste una distanza
inferiore a 15 mm.
Fig. 5) Mediante colla spray (cod. 4/931) creare un velo adesivo sulla sagoma di materiale idrorepellente senza spargerla nella zona interessata al passaggio delle onde sonore.
Fig. 6-7) Attendere circa 2 minuti quindi applicare il materiale idrorepellente facendo pressione ai lati. Un perfetto isolamento si ottiene solo se la sagoma è perfettamente incollata al materiale isolante della portiera. In alcune auto non è possibile praticare una sufficiente pressione di contatto in quanto
sotto il materiale isolante non è presente alcun punto di appoggio; in tal caso è indispensabile staccare parzialmente il materiale isolante dalla portiera e
creare allʼinterno, con una mano o altro, il punto di appoggio.
N.B. Prima di installare lʼaltoparlante attendere almento 5 minuti per permettere alla colla di asciugarsi.

Fig. 1) Cut an adequate piece of material, indicatively as follows:
speaker Ø 200 mm = 250x250 mm • Ø 160 mm = 200x200 mm • Ø130 mm = 160x160 mm • Ø 100mm = 130x130 mm.
Fig. 2) Cut-out and eliminate the isolating material (Nylon or other type) foreseen in the door speaker-location.

Fig. 4)The water-repellent material may be cut into two different shapes:
• without central hole: in those cases where between the speaker magnet and the door window-glass there is a minimum gap of 15 mm.
• with central hole measuring like the magnet: in those cases where between the speaker magnet and the door window-glass there is a gap of
less than 15 mm.
Fig. 5) Apply a thin layer of spray-glue (art. 4/931) on the water-repellent patch, NOT in the sound passage area.
Fig. 6-7) Wait about 2 minutes before fixing the water-repellent patch by pressing along its borders. For a perfect isolation, make sure that the waterrepellent patch and the door isolating material stick together very firmly. In some car models there is no base under the isolating material against which
one might press to obtain perfect glue adherence. In such cases it is necessary to detach the isolating material somewhat from the door and create the
missing pressing base (a hand or other support).
Important: leave the glue at least 5 minutesʼ time to dry, before installing the speaker.

Fig. 1) Découper un morceau de 4/926 selon vos besoins. A titre indicatif, voici les dimensions de la découpe en fonction du diamètre du haut-parleur:
diamètre H.P. Ø 200 mm = 250x250mm • Ø 160 mm. = 200x200mm • Ø 130 mm. = 160x160mm • Ø 100 mm.= 130x130mm.
Fig. 2) Faire un trou dans le panneau dʼisolation de la portière (nylon ou autre) en fonction de la dimension du HP et de son emplacement.

Fig. 4) La découpe du 4/926 peut sʼeffectuer comme suit::
- soit SANS trou central, lorsquʼil y a une distance dʼau moins 15mm entre lʼaimant du HP et la vitre de la portière;
- soit AVEC trou central, de la dimension de lʼaimant, lorsque la distance entre lʼaimant du HP et la vitre de la portière est inférieur à 15 mm.

sonores.
Fig. 6-7) Attendre environ 2 minutes avant dʼappliquer la découpe de protection hydrofuge et ceci, en faisant pression sur les bords. Pour obtenir une
isolation parfaite, il faut que la protection hydrofuge adhère complètement au panneau dʼisolation de la portière.Néanmoins, certains modèles de voitures
nʼoffrent pas lʼappui nécessaire pour effectuer la pression de collage. Dans ce cas, il est indispensable de détacher partiellement le panneau dʼisolation
de la portière et de créer ainsi, en glissant une main derrière celui-ci, le point dʼappui nécessaire à la pression.
IMPORTANT: avant dʼinstaller le haut-parleur, attendre au moins 5 minutes pour permettre à la colle de sécher.

• Sollte der Abstand zwischen Fensterführung, Seitenaufprallschutz oder Sonstiges geringer als 1,5 cm sein, muß der Wasser- u. Feuchtigkeitsschutz mit einem Loch, in der Größe des Ltspr.-Magnets, versehen werden.
• Sollte der Abstand größer als 1,5 cm sein, ist dies nicht nötig.
Abb. 5) Den Wasser- u. Feuchtigkeitsschutz leicht mit Kleber besprühen (Art. 4/931), NICHT aber im Bereich des Ltspr.-Korbes bzw. im Tondurchlaßbereich.
Abb. 6-7) Nach etwa 2 Minuten Wartezeit, das wasserabweisende Materialstück fest andrücken, insbesondere dem Rand entlang, denn eine perfekte
Isolierung ist nur dann gegeben, wenn das wasserabweisende Materialstück fest an der Wagentür-Isolierung haftet. Es gibt Wagenmodelle, die unter der
Wagentür-Isolierung keinerlei Unterlage zum Anpressen bieten. In diesen Fällen ist es unbedigt erforderlich, die Wagentür-Isolierung teilweise zu lösen
und durch Unterlage einer Hand oder anderem Hilfsmittel, die notwendige Andruckstelle herbeizuschaffen.
WICHTIG: Laustprecher erst nach 5 Minuten oder mehr anbringen, damit der Kleber auch fest trocknen kann.

Fig. 1) Seccionar una cantidad adecuada del protector antilluvia, segun la necessidades, la medida indicativa son la siguentes:
para altavoces Ø 200 mm. = 250 x 250 mm. • Ø 160 mm. = 200 x 200 mm. • Ø 130 mm. = 160 x160 mm. • Ø 100 mm. = 130 x 130 mm.
Fig. 2) Cortar la parte correspondiente al hueco del altavoz, la protección aislante presente en el interior de la puerta del automovil (plastico o similares).
Fig. 3) Con el pegamento en spray (art. 4/931) crear una capa adhesiva en el plastico aislante (original de la puerta).
Fig. 4) Dependiendo de la distancia que hay entre iman y el cristal de la ventanilla se procederà a su instalacion como sigue:
• Si la distancia entre iman y cristal es superior a 15 mm, el protector antilluvia recubrirà enteramente la parte trasera del altavoz;
• Nel caso que la distancia entre cristal y iman sea inferior a 15 mm. se recortarà el protector antilluvia tomando como referencia el tamaño del
iman para favorecer su salida.
Fig. 5) Mediante el pegamento en spray (art. 4/931) crear una capa adhesiva en el parimetro del protector, evitando que la misma afecte la zona interesada a la salida de las ondas sonoras.
Fig. 6-7) Esperar airededor de 2 minutos antes de unir el protector antilluvia con la zona designata, el perfecto aislamiento se obtiene solo si ha sido
pegado correctamente el protector al plastico aislante (original) del automovil.
En alguna puerta non es posible practicar una suficiente presion de contacto por el hecho de que bajo el plastico non existe ningun punto de apoyo; en
tal caso buscar la solucion de introducir una mano u objeto (despues de haber despegado en la zona mas cercana, el plastico orig.) para obtener de este
modo un punto de apoyo (mano con mano).
N.P. antes de instalar el altavoz esperar 5 minutos al fin de obtener una perfecta adherencia entre el protector y el plastico aislante original.
