This sale will be conducted in STERLING (£). Auctioneers reserve the right to
refuse to issue a Bidding Number. This Brochure is only a guide please inspect
the equipment.
Buyers Commission/Tax
Buyer’s commission will be charged at a rate of 2.5% on Hammer Price. VAT
will be charged on the buyer’s commission at 20%. VAT of 20% will be charged
on the hammer price. This will be refunded to non-UK buyers upon receipt
of export documents showing removal from the UK. For removal to other EU
countries a valid VAT number must also be provided.

Registration Requirements
All new Buyers must provide the following in order to obtain a Bidder Number.

Photographic Identification e.g Passport/Driving Licence
•
Company VAT Number
•
Deposit - 10% of projected spend with a minimum deposit of
£10,000/€15,000 via E-payment, Cash, Bankers Draft, Debit or Credit
Card or Bank Transfer.
Please note deposits will be returned on Auction day to those customers who
have been unsuccessful in their bids.

Regular buyers must provide photographic identifiction at each auction. A

Payment
Cheque/Cash/Banker’s Draft is acceptable on the sale date only. Credit Card
Payments are also accepted but are subject to a 2% bank service charge
which is non refundable. Debit Card Payments are also accepted – no
service charge is applicable.
