His global sales experience includes Asia, the EU and the Americas. Additionally, Rick Rockhill has direct retail pet industry operations experience with Pet Care Superstores. Dr Patrick Stähler is the founder and managing director of fluidminds, a consultancy specialising in strategic and disruptive innovations. At the Interzoo Summit he will present new thinking boxes and processes that every attendee can use to radically consider and reshape their business from the customer’s perspective.
