Das Vergütungssystem der Vattenfall Europe Power Management GmbH beruht auf einem Manteltarifvertrag, einem Vergütungstarifvertrag,
Betriebsvereinbarungen für die variable Vergütung sowie individualrechtlichen Absprachen für AT-Beschäftigte. Das Vergütungssystem ist auf die Erreichung
der Ziele der Gesellschaft ausgerichtet, die in der Geschäfts- und Risikostrategie niedergelegt sind.
Das Vergütungssystem beinhaltet einen fixen und einen variablen Anteil von max. 15%, der vom Erreichen allgemeiner Unternehmensziele und individueller
Zielvereinbarungen abhängig ist.
Garantien auf eine variable Vergütung werden grundsätzlich nicht gewährt.
Eine Risikoorientierung liegt dem Vergütungssystem nicht zugrunde.
Die Vattenfall Europe Power Management GmbH hat in ihren Organisationsrichtlinien Grundsätze zum Vergütungssystem festgelegt.
Jährlich veröffentlicht die Vattenfall Europe Power Management GmbH einen Offenlegungsbericht gemäß den Anforderungen aus seiner Offenlegungspflicht
nach CRR.
