1 Finding products
1.1 Wheel spacers/ Adaption wheel spacers according to brand
When you click on wheel spacers/ adaption wheel spacers according to brand or quad/ ATV
you will get an overview with each car manufacturer. Please choose the desired brand.

The following list displays all tpyes of cars, sorted by bolt pattern, thread and center hole.
To get a list with the matching products, click on the name of the car.
The products are sorted by their group. Products with a permanatly low price are marked
with top-price
. Products which price is currently reduced can be identified at their
.
orange icon and a text saying ’onlineprice’
To get more details of a specific product, click on the products model. Information like the
ean barcode and the quantity on stock are displayed. If you click on a set, you’ll also get to
know which products are included in the set. At the end of the page, you will find a table
containing all cars where the product also matches.
By clicking on ’In cart’ the product is added to your shopping cart.
1.2 Wheel spacers / Adaption wheel spacers according to bolt circle
Use this link to find the right product, by entering it’s technical key informations. You have
to choose at least two technical datas. On the side of the rim, choosing one data is sufficient.
Click on ’search’ to start the query. All matching products are displayed.

1.3 Wheel mounting components
1.3.1 According to car
When searching according to car, you have the choise between rims from the manufacturer
(alu- or steel rim) and a variety of accessory wheels. Click on the desired category to get all
products available.
1.3.2 According to thread
You’ll get an overview of the threads available. To reduce the amount of products found, you
have to chose the type of the nut or bolt on a second page.
1.3.3 According to type
When searching according to type you first have to select, the type of the screw, second the
thread. The following list is ordered as usual by the group of the product. You will find an
explanation of the used symbols right next to the description of each product group.
2 Finishing the purchase
By clicking on ’Checkout’, you finally purchase the chosen products . Choose the desired
’shipping mode’ and click on ’continue’. On the next page you have the choice between a

variety of payment methods. To continue you have to accept, the right of withdrawal and the
general business conditions. By clicking on ’Send order’ you complete the order.
Refunds can be issued within 14 days of delivery.
3 Download products as csv file
You can download a list of our products in form of a csv file. To get the file log in the shop
with your e-mail address and password. Under the link ’My account’, you will find the menu
item ’download products as csv-file’. You can chose, which product groups are in included in
the file. In addition you can specify system, bolt pattern and center hole to exclude unwanted
products. Click on download generate the file.

4 Orderform for merchants
To speed up the order process, registered merchants can use our quickorder form. To use this
function, you have to log in the shop with your e-mail addess and corresponding password.
To get to the quickorder form, click on ’Your account’ → shopping cart → Orderform for
merchants (Quickorder).

After entering products model and the desired quantity, description, quantity and price of
one product, of the chosen product is automatically found. If the system doesn’t find the
requested product, the system displays: ”Product not available”. Clicking on ’Add new
product’, appends a new input field to the form, to order additional products. The total at
the end of the form is automatically updated.

To complete the ordering process, you have to accept our terms and conditions. Clicking
on ’Purchase’ causes the system to automatically transfer your ordered products to our erp
system. Additionally the system sends you an e-mail with your ordered products.

5 Download cataloge in pdf format
You can download a printable version of all products, suitable for one car, in pdf format. You
find this function, on top of the list of products. Just click on ’Get Page as pdf’ Clicking on
the pdf icons invokes the process of generating the file. You’ ll find the information concerning
your vehicle and all products matching your car on that page. To view the file you need a
recent version of the adobe reader or a comparable program.
You can also download a printable version of our nuts/ bolts. The products are categorized

6 Service
6.1 RMA
To complain about an article, you have to be logged in.
6.1.1 New RMA
Click on RMA. Your contact data is already filled in, you just have to chose between ”‘SCC”’
and ’different retailer”’. After that, please enter your customers and your invoice number and
click on ”‘continue”’. The system now validates your entered datas. If the tests fails you will
be informed by the system and can change the entered values.

If the entered customers number is found in conjunction with invoice number, you are redirected to the next page an can enter your products. The description of the product is determined automatically. By clicking on the plus button on the bottom right, you can add
an additional product. When you have entered the last product, hit ”‘send order”’ and your
RMA is transmitted to our system.

6.1.2 Changing a pending RMA
By clicking on your account → Your RMAs, you can view and change your pending RMAs.
6.2 Returning products
You have to be logged in, to submit your desire to return a product or to change an existing
RMA.
6.2.1 Submitting a new request to return products
If you are not satisfied with the product you’ve ordered, you can return it. To submit your
request to return products, please use the form which you find under the section ’Service’.
Your address is already filled in. You actually have to choose the right manufacturer and enter
your customers number and your invoice number. The system now validates the data you’ve
entered. If no error occurs, you are forwared to the next page and you can enter the products
model, quantity and date of production. The description of the product is automatically
added by the system. Clicking on the plus button on the bottom right side lets you enter
the next product. A click on submit passes your request to our sales department. You are
notified about the current status of your request by e-mail.

6.2.2 Changing a pending request
Unter the link ’My account’ → ’My RMAs you can check and change your RMA.

6.3 Certificate of strength
If you exceed the limit of 2% you’ll need a certificate of strength. This is an additional
certifiacte to an existing certificate. This certificate confirms smaller wheel offsets.
You can order a cerificate of strength for your car. The certificate costs 149 Euro. The
formular is located unter Service. Please confirm the pricing information. In the next formular
your contact details are already filled in. Just enter the required informations1 for your car
and transmit your request by clicking on ’submit’.
6.4 Approval of the manaufacturer
The request of an approval of the manufacturer is free. In this certificate we confirm, that the
spacers/ adaption wheel spacers, you’ve bought, are legal (from the technical point of view)
in conjunction with your car. You can find that formular under service → Approval of the
manaufacturer. Please fill in the requested data concerning your car. In the part, where you
have to enter the products model, it’s sufficient to enter just the first characters/ digits of the
products model. Pressing the tab key, opens up a selection window. The system displays all
matching products, with a short description and information about bold circle of the rim and
the car. Just click on your product. If you need a certificate for more than on product, hit
on the plus button on the right bottom. When you are ready, you can send us your inquiry,
by clicking on ’submit’. Our sales department will email you the certificate.
6.5 Products made to your specifications
Under the menu item ’Products made to your specifiactions’, you can order a product, designed according to your needs. Your contact information is already filled in. Click on ’next’
and enter the data for your car. Fields marked with an asterisk are obligatory fields. For some
informations you’ll need your vehicle registration certificate. By clicking on ’next’, you’ll get
an input mask, where you must enter the data of your rims. On the last page the information
of your spacers is required. Clicking on next will send your request to our sales department.
You’ll be informed about the current status of your product regularly.

7 Distributors
7.1 Find a distributor
7.1.1 International distributors
Under the menu item ”‘international distributors”’ you can find our distributors ordered by
country. Clicking on a continent opens up more detailed map. Choose a country to get, a list
of our distributors.

In addition to address, email address and telephone number, a top seller icon is displayed
next to our best distributors.
7.1.2 German distributors
To get a list of the german distributors, you have to enter at least the first three digits of the
postcode. Our best distributors are marked with a Top-Seller Icon.
7.2 Rate distributors
You have to be logged in to rate a distributor. After clicking on ’rate’, you can put 0 to 5
stars on that distributor.
