Conference

The Future Leaders Forum (FLF) program jointly run by IMEX, MPI (Meeting Professionals International)
and MCI, has been developed to encourage the best and brightest students to enter the meetings and
incentive travel industry. Through partnership, GMIC and IMEX seek to design a FLF centered on
challenging students to understand the environmental and social impacts of meeting planning and at
the same time engage with industry stakeholders to create the perfect event of the future. This event
will balance strategic meeting management skills (planning, partnering, implementation and evaluation)
with sustainability frameworks and standards (process and metrics of green events).
