An easy to use, polyurethane based expanding foam for professional
use in general construction and home improvement applications. Must
only be used with a gun grade applicator - SX PU Foam Applicator Gun
is recommended.

Restrictions
Applications
Filling large, irregular or awkward gaps where the foam will expand to
completely fill the cavity. Fixing window and door frames, loose tiles and
boards. Insulating between brickwork and cladding, around ductwork
and through cavities carrying pipes and cables. Backing in low
expansion joints can be used as a backing material in all types of
sealant applications.

Not recommended for use on silicone, PTFE, PE, PP or greasy and
oily surfaces

Not suitable for continuous water immersion or use in enclosed
spaces
•
When exposed to sunlight apply sealant or render within 7 days as
the foam is not resistant to UV light
•
The foam does provide a barrier to moisture, but allows water
vapour to migrate through the foam
Préparation des surfaces et finition
Ensure surfaces to be treated are free from grease, dust and loose
material. It is important to moisten surfaces well before use as this
improves adhesion and finished cell structure of the foam. Can be cut,
sanded, plastered or painted when fully cured. The foam should be
painted or coated within 7 days if it is exposed to sunlight as it is not
resistant to ultra violet light. Afterwards, normally the foam applicator
gun should be left attached to a can of foam to ensure the entire system
is closed. To reuse, simply break off the nib of foam at the end of the

Gun grade PU expanding foam.
gun applicator nozzle, shake can well and start application. Before
replacing cans, close the gun valve and unscrew empty can.
Immediately replace with a full can or clean the foam applicator gun
thoroughly with SX PU Foam Cleaner. It is the user's responsibility to
dispose of all packaging correctly.

Can be painted when fully cured.
