OPTALIGN PLUS - die konsequente Weiterentwicklung des weltberühmten Ausrichtsystems: robust im Aufbau ist es an jede industrielle Umgebung angepaßt, und meistert

OPTALIGN PLUS sets a whole new standard
of user-friendly maintenance technology at a
very affordable price. Forget all those rumors
of ‘complicated laser alignment systems,’ as
none of them apply to OPTALIGN PLUS. Connect a printer and automatically generate
alignment reports, or interface to any standard PC using the Windows-compatible
OPTALIGN PLUS Commander program. The
system may be powered using ordinary batteries or rechargeables, since it features a
battery-saving 'sleep' function and a reserve
power supply as well. The OPTALIGN PLUS
standard package ALI 5.000 contains the following components:

Kernstück des gesamten Systems ist das
OPTALIGN PLUS Bedienteil: Durch sein spritzwasserdichtes (IP 65) und stoßfestes Gehäuse kann es in jeder rauhen Industrieumgebung eingesetzt werden. Alle wichtigen Programmschritte, wie Abmessungen und Ergebnisse werden in dem großen, übersichtlichen LCD-Bildschirm angezeigt. Eine intelligente Energiesparfunktion schaltet das System auf 'standby', wenn es für längere Zeit
nicht bedient wird und verlängert so die Lebensdauer der Hauptbatterien. Im Notfall
übernimmt die eingebaute Reservebatterie
die Energieversorgung. Der nicht-flüchtige
Speicher behält die gesicherten Daten selbst
dann wenn die Batterien erschöpft sind. Im
Bedienteil lassen sich bis zu 99 Maschinendatensätze (inkl. Kupplungsergebnisse) speichern. Dazu können entsprechende Ausrichtprotokolle erstellt und ausgedruckt werden, um die Anforderungen an eine ISO
9000-konforme Dokumentation zu erfüllen.
Das Bedienteil versorgt den Aufnehmer mit
Strom und empfängt von ihm die Meßdaten
via Kabel. Eine Reihe von Programmfunktionen ermöglichen es, die unterschiedlichsten
Situationen bei der Ausrichtung zu berücksichtigen.
Das flache Tastaturfeld ist so gestaltet, daß
die Bedienung äußerst einfach ist; Tasten, die
nicht so häufig gebraucht werden, sind durch
einen Schieber abgedeckt. An die serielle
Schnittstelle kann man einen PC oder Drukker anschließen, und die Ergebnisse mit dem
PC-Programm OPTALIGN PLUS Commander
auswerten und ausdrucken. Die Gerätesoftware (Firmware) kann extern von einem
PC in das Bedienteil geladen und so jederzeit
aktualisiert werden.

The OPTALIGN PLUS control unit is built to
rugged industrial standards of shock and water resistance (IP65). It features an easy-toread, energy-saving fixed-segment LCD display. The built-in reserve battery ensures that
the job at hand can be completed, and the
non-volatile system memory retains stored
data even if both power supplies become depleted. OPTALIGN PLUS permanently stores
up to 99 sets of results, including coupling
alignment values, and automatically generates alignment reports for printout to aid in
compliance with ISO 9000 requirements.
The control unit powers the transducer and
receives measurement data via cable. Numerous software functions allow the OPTALIGN PLUS system to handle a wide range of
shaft alignment situations.
The robust flat keyboard is designed for especially simple operation; those keys which
are needed less often are located beneath a
sliding cover. A serial interface allows direct
connection to a PC or printer, and a Windows-compatible PC support program is
available to store and analyze results. An intelligent power management system saves
battery life by putting the control unit to
'sleep' after several minutes of nonuse. An
external PC program lets you load the latest
software version into the OPTALIGN PLUS to
update the transducer system at any time.

L’unité de contrôle OPTALIGN PLUS est construit pour un environnement industriel sévère, il est étanche (IP65) et résistant aux chocs.
Il possède un écran avec affichage LCD très
clair et consomme que très peu d’énergie. La
batterie de réserve incorporée permet de terminer les travaux en cours en cas de décharge de la batterie principale. La mémoire nonvolatile assure la sauvegarde des données
même si les deux alimentations sont défaillantes. OPTALIGN PLUS enregistre jusqu’à
99 résultats d’alignement, y inclus les écarts à
l’accouplement et génère automatiquement
les rapports sur imprimante pour satisfaire
aux normes d’ISO 9000.
L’unité de contrôle alimente le transmetteur
et reçoit les données de mesure par le câble.
De nombreuses fonctions dans le logiciel permettent à l’OPTALIGN PLUS de traiter un
grand nombre de situations d’alignement
des arbres.

Der kompakte, extrem robuste Aufnehmer

Das OPTALIGN PLUS Bedienteil wird mit dem
Kabel und dem seriell/parallel Umrichter an
einen Drucker angeschlossen: Ausrichtprotokolle werden automatisch erstellt und können dann per Tastendruck auf einem Drucker
ausgegeben werden. Der Umrichter formt
den seriellen Datenstrom in ein Parallelsignal
um, das von jedem Drucker gelesen werden
kann. Der Datenaustausch mit dem PC erfolgt direkt über das Kabel und eine serielle
PC-Schnittstelle.
These two items, both included with the
standard OPTALIGN PLUS package, combine
to allow direct connection of the control unit
to any parallel printer: alignment reports are
then generated automatically and printed at
the touch of a key. The cable may be used
alone for data transfer between the control
unit and the serial interface of a PC. The converter transforms the serial data into a parallel signal compatible with most commonlyused printers.

you store machine dimensions, coupling
alignment condition and explanatory comments on a PC, then analyze and print out
alignment results. Use the Commander to
use OPTALIGN PLUS screen images with your
usual report-generating software, thereby
fulfilling ISO 9000 documentation requirements.
