Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) organisiert eine Jobmesse
in Frankfurt. Dieses Treffen ist für Armeniche Diaspora, welche nach Armenien
zurückkehren und gerne mit armenischen Firmen arbeiten möchten. Die armenische
Arbeitsgebern brauchen die Erfahrung und Wissen von den Studenten in Deutschland.
Der Stellenmarkt wird in Frankfurt am 11 Oktober staatfinden.
GIZ wird auch zurückerstatten 50 € zu den Menschen, die aus anderen Städten von
Deutschland nach Frankfurt kommen.

JOB FAIRS TO GERMANY AND FRANCE
PROMOTING REPATRIATION OF ARMENIANS STUDYING AND
WORKING ABROAD
INTRODUCTION
The EU-funded project "Targeted Initiative for Armenia" promotes actively repatriation
of Armenians who study and work abroad. The three-year project has brought together
joint-efforts from state bodies, non-governmental organizations, institutions and the private
sector, to attract Armenians who can make a significant contribution to Armenia's
economic development.
The project is implemented by the French Immigration and Integration Agency (Office
Français de l'Immigration et de l'Intégration - OFII) and Gesellschaft für Internationale
Zusammenarbeit (German Development Cooperation - GIZ).
Together with the State Employment Service Agency (SESA) under the Ministry of Labour
and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, the project has received significant attention
forming a new innovative way to cooperate and promote repatriation of Armenians abroad.
THE JOB FAIR
The job fair is going to take place in Frankfurt, Germany on October 11, 2014,
To promote these actions further, the project Targeted Initiative for Armenia will cooperate
with Armenian Diaspora associations, non-government organizations, Armenian
businesses and state institutions.
For the job fair to be successful, the project turns to Diaspora Associations, private
businesses and business associations to compose a delegation.
The delegation will be composed of representatives from SESA, in addition, Diaspora
association representatives, private companies and their human resources managers are
encouraged to apply to the delegation.
WHAT ARE YOUR BENEFITS IN PARTICIPATING IN THE JOB FAIRS?
Repatriation of Armenians abroad is a priority challenge. Moreover, the project also aims
to identify a range of approaches and diversify the understanding of repatriation in a
broader sense, with an improved potential that apply to a larger target group.
We want you to meet likeminded people, make new valuable contacts, expand your
networks and hopefully integrate new ways to reach your objectives.
Armenians who gain extremely valuable knowledge and skills abroad can contribute to
country development significantly as well as economic development.
If you're interested in expanding your networks, we're ready to explore possibilities and
promote your mission actively through the networks the project has incorporated. This
way, the project is unique as it turns to an extended and diverse target group that are not
only interested to repatriate, but are also keen on how they can make a difference and
take part in country development.
PROMOTING REPATRIATION IN TWO WAYS
There are currently two ways to define repatriation:
• Permanent Repatriation
• Temporary Repatriation
By permanent or temporary return, it is possible to kick-start a process, something we
intend to do with you and everyone involved.
WE WANT TO BE INVOLVED BUT HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO EXPECT.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
If you believe that change is for the benefit of Armenia's future stock of well-educated and
skillful professionals, but you're still hesitating on how you can take part, stay calm. We're
here to support you to address your needs and discuss solutions.
Your association can contribute by inviting your members and all interested people who
are attached to Armenia, interested and already contribute to country development at all
levels. It is very important that the people your association represent are creative and
ready to share experiences with the delegation, but more importantly with other people
who are thinking about forming new ideas connected with repatriation regardless if it's
temporary or permanent.

DYNAMICS OF <MIGRATION AND DEVELOPMENT>?
Within the project, we work with three main sectors that has the priority potential
accelerating country-specific economic development;
• Information Technology
• Agribusiness
• Hospitality
