I have read and agree with the following terms and conditions
for the membership (friendship):
Ich habe die folgenden Bedingungen für die Mitgliedschaft
(Freundschaft) gelesen und bin mit damit einverstanden:
As a friend of :output I can submit my work as a student to the compe­
tition for free and I get a free copy of the current publication of :output.
Als friend of :output kann ich meine Arbeiten (als Student) ­kostenlos
zum Wettbewerb einschicken und erhalte eine kostenloses Exem­plar
der jeweils aktuellen :output Publikation.
As a contributor I am entitled to:
_ receive once a year a copy of the latest edition* of the :output
publication
_ free participation in the :output Award (further details on how to
participate are to be found in the information on the
competition procedure)
_ receive the :output newsletter which informs about all activities of
the :output foundation
I am aware that my friendship can be cancelled at any time to the 31st
October, i.e. the end of the »output-year«**. Cancellation does not
affect in any way whatsoever the jury‘s decision in the competition.
Cancellation rights
I am aware that the friendship can be cancelled within two weeks after
signing the agreement. Cancellation is to be in written form and no
reasons are required. The posting of a letter of cancellation is the only
requirement to observe this time limit. If I make use of this cancellation
right, then I am subject to the competition con­ditions.
* The latest issue of :output is the issue which is new on the market at
the date of the signature of the declaration of friendship.

_ erhalte ich jährlich eine aktuelle :output Publikation*

arf ich als Student kostenlos am :output Award teilnehmen.

rhalte ich den :output-Newsletter, der über alle Aktivitäten der
:output foundation informiert
Mir ist bekannt, dass ich die Freundschaft jederzeit schriftlich zum
Ende jedes »output-Jahres« am 31. Oktober kündigen kann**. Eine
Kündigung hat keinen Einfluss auf die Entscheidung der Jury für den
:output Wettbewerb.
Widerrufsrecht
Mir ist bekannt, dass ich die Freundschaft ohne Angabe von Gründen
innerhalb von zwei Wochen nach Vertragsabschluss durch Erklärung in
Textform auflösen kann. Zur Wahrung der Frist genügt die Absendung.
Falls ich von dem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch mache, gelten für mich die
Bestimmungen des Wettbewerbs.
* Die aktuelle Ausgabe ist die Ausgabe, die zur Zeit der Unterzeichnung
der Freundschaftserklärung aktuell ist.

forget to cancel until october 31 in written form for the following year.
